Densetsu’s Born and Braised

Hands down, some of the best food ive had. It was freaking delicious. I promise you, if you see this truck, stop by and buy something. You wont be disappointe.

Had to try this place out the moment I found out they had lumpia. The group of people working were very friendly, nice, and great big smiles on their face, and the lumpia were amazing. Pulled up, opened my door, and could smell the aroma of the food before i got within 50 feet and it made me wish I preordered more. Next time will try more than just the lumpia! Looking forward to seeing them again in Enumclaw! 10/10

Amazing! Such delicious items on their menu I just couldn’t choose. They came to the YMCA’s little community festival event and it was such a great surprise to see Filipino inspired food there ☺️ Definitely will be visiting them in buckley for more misubi and fried bananas ?! Thank you for providing amazing food and customer service, we saw how hard you guys were working back there!

Experienced their food for the first time at Ruston Market and it was awesome and authentic. Portions were great too. You have to try their food.

First and foremost, their prices are incorrect. I ordered a single ube horchata, which was advertised as $4, but rang up as $6. After I ordered I stood waiting for 30 minutes outside the truck for them to pull my drink out of the cooler. After they started serving orders after mine, I asked if I could please have my drink. They snapped back at me, telling me to wait my turn beside the truck. I told them I'd ordered before the people after me, and I'd been waiting 30 minutes for a single drink. I asked for a refund, after which they told me no refunds, and tossed the bottle of ube horchata at me. When I got home and emptied my wallet I found out I'd been shorted $4 in change, and they'd only given $10 in change in small bills. I would not recommend this food truck to anyone, and I regret wasting my time on them.

Killer pork belly and lumpia!!!

I have worked with Born & Braised for nearly 2 years now, as the Owner of The Five2Five Wedding Venue. They are very professional, on- time, developed a great menu. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and products! I am in love with the Morning Glory rice bowl, the pork belly, rice and gravy, and smashed potatoes with cucumber and the Sweet bacon!! I recommend them over & over for Catering, a Food Truck and private Chef Catering. Five star all the way!!!

Soooo good! I loved the braised beef and the lumpia was delicious ?

Just the best! I was skeptical at first as I hate trying new things but now that I tried it, I could literally eat this every day for the rest of my life.
