You get what you pay for! Cheap drinks and food options. The menu is all fried foods, there's nothing wrong with that but if you want something fresh, go elsewhere. Service is great though - very attentive! Great little hangout for locals though.

The portion sizes and pricing was great other than that the people that you have to deal with are almost intolerable, considering their job is to take orders and serve drinks and food. I can almost guarantee you will be met with a poor attitude, passive aggression And a snooty demeanor the entire time you’re dealing with the staff I’ve only had Unpleasant irritable interactions with two of the staffing members one being the pudgy dark haired short man And the other being the woman that works weekend afternoons that looks like she is a missed meal and cigarette away from death. She took 3 to 5 business days to look at my ID and stare back at me only to give it back to me and comment that “looked like I was stoned” when I took my id picture. the she proceeded to be equally as unpleasant when it came to ordering with a passive aggressive attitude and despite the fact that there was only five other people in the bar She somehow neglected to note to the chef that I did not want olives on my nachos. After that, I asked her for a to go box And she proceeded to go To the next by Table to make casual conversation and banter with and then after that started cleaning tables from previous customer Roughly 5 minutes later, I received my to go box and then when I went up to go pay, she blatantly disregarded my presence standing in front of the bar with my card in my hand Still making casual conversation with the table behind me how Gen Z is dislikable and the unpleasant behavior around them as I was sitting right there eating next to them. So like any normal person would do that Received the service I received I didn’t tip and on the way out of the door I was met with a very passive aggressive snooty “thanks for coming”. I’m not one to write bad reviews Generally or give negative feedback but the interactions I’ve had with the staffing at this dive bar drives me up the wall, Maybe I just have a very dislikable face or a Demeanor that is unbearable to serve but if you give a slight care on how you’re going to be treated by the people serving you then I would genuinely recommend you go to bootleggers or somewhere else in Enumclaw because the staffing here seems to despise the fact that they have to go to a 9 to 5 and interact with people regularly, Neglecting the fact that it’s the job they applied for

The food is outstanding, the service is even better! And even when you door dash it, they're extremely accommodating when something might go awry on the delivery service's end. Shout out to Taylor (I hope I didn't misspell) tonight, she was quick, accurate, and helped us through a tricky substitute situation via door dash app.
We order at least once a week, and never have regrets. Amazing 5 stars, for sure!

My daughter and i stopped in for some food and a drink after a great day kayaking on lake tapps. When we went to the bar to order, we thought we would be helpful and asked if we should order food at the bar for the beer garden? He (Bobby)the bartender said with an attitude “do you want something to drink” we said we do , but we would like some food also should we order here at the bar. Again with attitude he said “well you CAN OR i will getvoit there when i can! Mind you there were 5 people in the entire building and 4 out in beer garden! (Plus he had a cocktail waitress) We chose to set the menus on a table on our way out with a very bad taste in our mouths about the lack of customer service meeting our standards ( a polite server standards ) so we went to the Bootleggers and were greeted with a smile and service beyond our standards (thank you Ashley for impeccable service) and the food was also above and beyond great! So if you have a choice and want great service and great food Bootleggers is a choice you should make before Firehouse if Bobby is on shift. I will say it was a first to receive such horrible service in the firehouse, but it made me never want to go back🤷♀️ but happy i found such a welcoming establishment to go to right down the road!
