A miscommunication on artificial sweeteners was bizarre. Why would I want a cup of sugar free syrup on the side? I just asked for packets of stevia, I understand if you don’t have packets but it was just weird being treated like I was strange for asking. Some of us have hidden disabilities you know?

Love the area 51 blended, however if you don't ask to increase the mint flavor, it gets sorta bland. But it's always refreshing :)

The two ladies who served me today made the most delicious coffee. They were so kind and understanding. I had gotten a coffee from Starbucks that was not good at all, and they took it upon themselves to make me a new one — and it was even better! I really appreciate their kindness and great service! They are amazing! Made my day!

Today I went to gravity today and went to get drinks for me and my sister and I asked for a blue ras, coconut pineapple, energy drink, blended, and they gave me a pink energy drink I then told them that this isn’t what I ordered and repeated to them what I order “blended” and I got that iced instead, after that I didn’t bother switching it because I already asked 4 times. Then I got a white on white with 4 scoops of white chocolate, 7 pumps of raspberry with ice cream base. I got a white on white with strawberry and they split the flavors so it wasn’t as sweet and I got ice base instead of ice cream based, I was very disappointed and got a free drink out of it but I think someone new was working.

Stopped by for a fill-up on our travels, felt rushed being the only customer in line. We knew what we wanted, so we appreciated the speed. Have been to other Gravity locations and nothing really stood put here for us! Get a coffee and carry on!

this is my local coffer stand, I've lived in neighborhood for years, after gravity bought this stand from java angels I was reluctant when the whole staff left. the first couple years the gravity girls were nice enough but It still wasn't my favorite spot, until Hannah joined the team. I've built a daily relationship with her, she's always happy and great to see first thing in the am as I'm a little grouchy til I've that caffeine fix. I'm Thankful for Hannah and the current staff. they are all great!
