The two ladies who served me today made the most delicious coffee. They were so kind and understanding. I had gotten a coffee from Starbucks that was not good at all, and they took it upon themselves to make me a new one — and it was even better! I really appreciate their kindness and great service! They are amazing! Made my day!
Today I went to gravity today and went to get drinks for me and my sister and I asked for a blue ras, coconut pineapple, energy drink, blended, and they gave me a pink energy drink I then told them that this isn’t what I ordered and repeated to them what I order “blended” and I got that iced instead, after that I didn’t bother switching it because I already asked 4 times. Then I got a white on white with 4 scoops of white chocolate, 7 pumps of raspberry with ice cream...
Stopped by for a fill-up on our travels, felt rushed being the only customer in line. We knew what we wanted, so we appreciated the speed. Have been to other Gravity locations and nothing really stood put here for us! Get a coffee and carry on!
