The food was fine but the service sucks it took 25 to 30 minutes to get a 10 piece chicken nugget, other customers were also waiting a longer time for there meals

I came through the drive thru at 10:21 pm on Sunday the 7th of December and I have to say this is the friendliest MaDonalds I’ve ever been to. The staff was so awesome. I highly recommend this location.

I went to this McDonald's with my mom and sister and they suck it is the worst location ever like they only have 2 workers which is unacceptable for a McDonald's there should be like multiple workers running around but nope just 2 workers the general manager and one more worker and the worker said pull up to the second window and there was no one there and we were waiting for a while so my mom had to inside to get the food and the worker apologized for slow service so I will give them that but this location needs more staff and better service and maybe then people will leave better reviews

Recieved my order 11 minutes after it texted me saying my order was on its way to my table. Absolutely no order or control in the store from what i seen. All orders seems had to be made by the machine when you walk in, or mobile order. Someone was turned away with cash as well. Well keep it up employees at McDonald's. Pretty soon they won't need you anymore to do jobs and all the employees will be obsolete. If that's what you want. Please McDonald's you have to do better here. I understand that it was 6pm in Friday, but still i didn't see anyone stepping up to get orders out or acknowledge any customers for the 20 minutes it was standing**(update)** after i made this review i decided to look at prior reviews, and someone needs to be held accountable for the failures of this Mcdonalds, seriously. How can anyone have this many bad reviews worth a score of 1.6 rating, and it's still in business. Are you kidding me Mcdonalds. This is someone that has power and obviously doesn't care about the service they provide. You are very lucky anyone comes back to this store. Most restaurants would be out of business, with a rating like your store and service has currently

Avoid at all costs. The other reviews are not hyperbole. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever in my 44 years experienced. It’s been open for over a year and I find myself here once a month, and every. Single. Time. I end up regretting it. Today, it was 23 minutes until I got my food. I’m done. You should be too. This, and the atmosphere is so sterile and impersonal. Do yourself a favor and go to Wally’s, or anywhere else.

Went here for the first time tonight 11/30 at about 7pm. I used the app to order ahead and got my food via the drive through. Very friendly staff, and our food came out hot, which is never my luck with fast food. I could see into the kitchen through one of the windows and it looked very neat and clean. There also seemed to only be three guys working.

I can see why this establishment got 1.5 stars, I just ate there, ordered a #3, took a pause, to consider options, than ordered a #8. And they gave me 2 orders of #3 instead of a #3 and #8. One of the #3's was cold. Not mad. Just disappointed and discouraged from eating at this establishment. Absolutely wild how you get something as simple as taking down 2 numbers wrong lol. Would not recommend this location. Just eat at home if you can

Slowest McDonald's we've been too. Consistently long wait times. Today we waited 18 minutes to get basic food items. Then when we got home noticed we waited that long to not even get our full order. All our meals were missing the hash browns.
