I went into Subway and I didn't have enough cash on me I had to use 80 cents on my card. They then charged me the full amount on my card and took my cash. I've been calling the store all day and no one even answers the phone. I've literally called like 15 times today. The messed up thing this could have all been avoided cuz I seen that they're trying to charge me the full amount I then told the cashier. She assured me that it was the only 80 cents charge. I then told her that it said 13.80 down there she told me I was good. then today they've hit me with it 80 cents charge and the $13.80 charge.now I got to take time out of my day and drive down there because these idiots won't answer the phone

Haven't been to this subway in 8 years because of poor service and mediocre food. Finally decided to go back. Arrived 40 minutes before closing and we're greeted like it was 5 minutes before closing. Very obvious annoyance - it was clear she did NOT want us there. They were out of a lot of stuff so we ended up leaving. I dont know if the food is still bad but the service certainly is.

Came in to get a sandwich for my daughter and something for me I know the girl is there doing her job on memorial Day but I'm paying for food and I don't appreciate it being thrown on like it's garbage please be aware that people are watching you make their food please try a little harder on making it look like you would like to eat it,, thank you

I guess I'm not going to Subway anymore. None of the Subways near me ever participate in the promos. Don't have promos if not every part of the chain won't participate. I'm not paying $15+ for a sandwich. Remember when they used to be $5? That's what they were worth. Not $15. I was only going to order because of the $6.99 deal, but, oh, of course none near me accept it. I used to like your sandwiches, but you're just greedy for average food. Pathetic.

Selena was all by herself when I rolled in with my wedding crew of 12 people. She was quick, got everyone's order correct, and had an overall awesome attitude. Thank you for accommodating us with no notice and being awesome :)

Me and hubby walked and arrived this particular Subway and was eager to get our tummies filled up but once we got to the restaurant; the staff woman who was inside had the entrance doors already locked and looked like she had everything all packed up and was mopping the floors. We arrived over 15 minutes BEFORE closing at approximately 09:41pm and the doors were locked and lights were still on and even the “open” sign and we knocked on the doors and she looked up and made eye contact with the both of us and just bluntly ignored us and continued to walk away and she eventually just walked to the back of the store . Hours online and on the front of the entrance door says his subway in fact stays open until 10:00 pm and that was not honored, me and my boyfriend felt like we arrived a good almost 20 minutes until closing time and she had plenty of time to make a couple of sandwiches for us and still close in time. Very very rude customer engagement and also she wasn’t even wearing a subway uniform or name tag or anything to even indicate that she legally works there. Next steps will be calling management in the morning
