I’ve become very familiar with birria and was sad to move away from all the good birrierias. I’m so stoked to find this place! The kind woman running the place was very proud to say they use her grandmother’s recipe from Jalisco - the birthplace of birria she says!What a gift for her to share her family recipe with us so far from her family’s origins. I can’t speak enough about how damn good this birria is. If you’re looking for true authenticity, get yourself 3 tacos de birria con consomé and a fat cup of horchata!

This is a food truck with an uncovered outdoor seating area. But what a food truck! The birria tacos are amazing and the people running it were so friendly. Definitely get the queso birria tacos. I'll drive fifty miles for this when I have a birria craving!

Always friendly staff, reasonable hours for both customers and employees, and feels like how I imagine a food truck to be like in Mexico. Authentic food, amazing horchata, and no one holds a light to their carne asada burritos, definitely the best burritos I've ever had, ever. Period.
Quite literally the best food in the Skagit Valley, and perhaps beyond. The staff know my partner and I very well now, as we stop by on nearly a bi-weekly basis. Half the time, they have our order started when they see us pull up because I order the same thing every time- talk about a *regular* regular, lol. Quality and freshness of our food is always on point, they’ve never gotten an order wrong, and their prices are super fair. Everything is DELICIOUS! You seriously can’t go wrong. Please give this local family ALL the good business and generous tips, they truly deserve it.Oh, and if you’re wondering what my go-to order is: Birria tacos with cheese- YUM! ?Parking: Gravel parking lot, lots of space. Overflow parking can be found close by in the back 40 of the Burlington Coat Factory/K-Mart parking lots.Wheelchair accessibility: I would not say they are truly wheelchair accessible, as the parking lot they’re located in is gravel. However, they’re always more than happy to take orders over the phone, and I can make it to the window to order in my wheelchair with my partner’s assistance (self-propulsion is a bit tricky, even for an active wc user). The bench tables where dine-in customers eat are easy to transfer to and have wide enough openings for most wc users to pull up to the table.

We really love eating here. The tacos are always perfect & they definitely have the best birria I’ve had in Skagit Valley. Please, come spend your money and time at this food truck. There is no way you leave disappointed. I LOVE coming here, my husband and I stop by at least once a week.
