Today our lunch was more expensive than the last 4 times we've visited on Sunday afternoon. And we didn't get rice with our $18 dish. We ordered the same thing as always. Not sure why this guy didn't bill the same as the other two servers we've had the last two months. Looking for another Sunday date place.

I've been coming here for a long time and the pad Thai has never changed until recently. Last few online orders has been hit or miss on the spice, the garnish, the sauce amount. Like today I ordered my usual 3 star spicy vegan pad Thai and asked for extra cilantro and peanuts. There was no green onions or cilantro in my order. The sauce wasn't spicy but turned my tofu redder than last time and I ordered five stars last time. They still respected the vegan and I appreciate that beyond words can explain. But I guess this is the end of my Asian One eatings. It's a bummer to cross you off my list.

Had lunch with my aunt. Great food, great service, nice and clean.
Love going here. I have had many of their dishes and all are great. I would highly recommend their pad thai and the Mongolian beef. If you like your food spicy, ask for their thai spice. Their mixed drinks are uniquely served and make it an experience. The Blue Hawaiian and the Lady in Red are my top picks.

I came here with a friend on 12/20. Got Mongolian beef, was offered rice, I got a huge plate of beef, so much I had to take home. Our server was a woman and she was nice. I loved my experience so much I went back again on 12/23 with someone else. We showed up 1.5 hours before close and we could tell they were irritated. We work in food service and figured oh well, it's still an hour and a half. Ordered the same thing, Mongolian beef. I asked why I wasn't offered rice this time and he was like, "its a dollar do you want it" I told him how my last visit was different and he just seemed annoyed by me. Then we got our food, and my dish was on a small leaf plate, completely different than last time. I made a comment about this too and his attitude was like, oh well... so we ate. Then we heard him talking about my comments to the rest of the staff and laughing at us. Which pissed me off. When we were ready to pay, he made a snide little comment like "oh do you want to go over your receipt to make sure it's correct?" My partner was really mad about how condescending it was. We shouldn't have tipped him at all but we absolutely hate not tipping. The guy with the piercings on his eyes was a jerk. We are the type of people who were looking to tip someone big for Christmas and this was disappointing.At the very least, keep your food in consistent dishes and make sure your servers know what they're offering.Also, if a customer is being nice, just make it right, go above and beyond. Why not? It's good customer service.Now I'll never go back. At least not to burlington.And the impatience at us coming in 1.5 hours before close was ridiculous too.

Very disappointed. $18 per plate.Got 5 different plates and when I got to my house. The food containers were nowhere near full, Also barely any meat inside.Ridiculous for the price.Contacted the restaurant on the phone and they were very dismissive.Least they can do is fill up the containers to the top.Never going back.I do not recommend.

This is one of my absolute favorite places!!! I was there on opening day and it's just as good now as it was then!!! I live very far away now and make this a priority stop. I ate in and took a order home for the next day! Reheat in the air fryer and it was amazing!

On my most recent visit, the staff were so consumed by closing and getting out of there that the customers felt like more of an obstacle and a burden than paying customers. I own restaurants and I understand wanting to get out efficiently. But this was a bit much this time was more extreme than others but I have felt this before and slowly it is getting worse and quality is going down.

Definitely recommend. The food was good however if your into spice this is not the place. Even at a 10 star there wasn't much heat in my spicy noodles but the flavor was excellent without the spice all the same. Wait staff is very attentive.
