Not an easy place to get in and out of but not really anything to do with the some of the nicest baristas I've met. Speedy but with a good cup of of coffee especially when multiple drinks are involved. Would highly recommend

Lack customer service. I had to order one drink at a time because she kept walking away. Then she answered the other window and when they were describing what coffee they wanted, she’s completely ignoring them because she didn’t wanna go get her coworker. I need some customer service training and probably some drink training because my drink was awful. Got a pumpkin chai and somehow it turned into a pumpkin dirty chai.

I love this place! The baristas are so friendly and nearly all of them recognize me and greet me with such enthusiasm. They always offer me a pup cup for my little buddy, drink is always hot and yummy! They also have sandwiches! Always a treat to see my girls after a long day!

Bigfoot Java is amazing have been many times most recently at 3am in the morning and the barista was still so attentive and kind. The mythical mocha is very wonderful. Also, it’s a drive thru coffee stand.

A beautiful PNW craft coffee drive through stand! Bigfoot Java makes amazing coffee. When I brought the coffee back to my wife her only complaint came when the coffee was finished! We went back the next day and this time I ordered bigger drinks!

Possibly my fav drive through, the service is always great and they are always willing to customize sweetness, that's the best part.

Worst capuccino ever!!
I've seen Lattes with less milk.
I asked for a dry capuccino and got pure milk with a shot of expresso.

I have lived in Burlington for 5 years now. I have gone to this same Bigfoot since the day I’ve moved in almost every single day. I go in the morning before class and often late at night as of recent. Everything was fine until roughly 6 months ago when new people started arriving and old people were leaving. I’ve watched every day as the new employees disrespected me. Rude attitudes, taking absolutely forever, and this last time I went was my last straw. there was someone in line for over 5 minutes and 2 people working at night. well, the Hispanic girl saw someone she must’ve liked a little to much because she proceeded to flirt with him and he circled the line multiple times to talk to her. She made eye contact with me and the car behind me and continued to talk for minutes, meanwhile they had NO drinks. I absolutely love Bigfoot and choose them over any place in Burlington because of service and willingness to make what I want, but now, I’m over it. I’ve gotten smug comments, passive aggressiveness and long wait times way too much. At one point me and my partner thought she was singling us out to be rude but it seems like from other reviews this is all way to common for her. I used to work in food service too, and don’t get me wrong, it sucks. But I was never blatantly disrespectful to my customers fully ignoring them and giving rude tone over a literal DRINK. I will NOT come back to this Bigfoot. Mount Vernon is much better. I really hope management addresses her because 4 reviews I’ve seen are towards her behavior.

Really disappointed paying 8$ with tip, on a drink tjat I have been getting at the riverside place and its been so great. Go to costco and its terrible. How does this even happen. I ordered it the same its 3 words. Not going back to costco one!

My first issue was a few weeks ago. I come here quite often and a girl I didn’t recognize took my order. I always get a double rainy day. I told her what I wanted and she repeated it back to me and I confirmed. She then told me my total was $7 and some odd cents, but a double is around $10. I then said that I ordered a double and she stared at me for a second then told me my new total in an aggressive tone. Then she brought me a red drink (the rainy day is more of a green color). I asked her what the drink was and she said a unicorn dream. I told her I ordered a rainy day and she stared at me as if I had just insulted her. She then turned and made the drink and thrust it at me. She told me to have a good day but her tone was condescending. The next time I went back was on my birthday but I was in the passenger seat and my mom was the one who ordered. There were no mistakes and the correct drink came out made by the rude barista. My mom told me she thought she was stoned, but that is not an excuse to treat customers with attitude. Then today, I went to get a drink hoping she was not there but she was. She took my order and I looked in and saw her making a double unicorn dream again. A different barista was checking me out and I let her know it was the wrong drink. When she turned around to tell her it was wrong, the rude barista looked like she was fuming. When she handed me the drink this time she just glared at me. My passenger said thank you and have a nice day but she turned around and left. I’m starting to think she’s intentionally doing this. The first time I assumed she was having a bad day, but now I feel like she has an issue with me. I’m truly upset because I really do love this place but at this point I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I feel as though it’s not too much to ask to get the drink I ordered and not feel like it’s my fault someone made the wrong drink.
