Service was excellent, forgot a side, but they had a new young lady working. The hash browns were mushy and hardly cooked, my wife's hash browns were cooked much better. Chicken fried steak was absolutely delish and humongous. Over easy eggs were cooked perfectly, but covered in oil. Cash only, be prepared. We will try again and I'll make sure to ask for crispy hash browns, minus a tablespoon of oil ?.

I got a breakfast burrito and my husband got a chicken fried steak. I’ve tried many chicken fried steaks and this was hands-down one of my all-time favorites! I will absolutely come back here again.

My wife and I found Billy's when we moved to Sedro-Woolley, and we loved it. We've been coming back for a couple years now and it's always so damn good. We almost always get Shelby too, and he's such a an awesome guy. If you're in the area and wanting a classic American diner breakfast, you can't get better. I always get the Farmer and my wife LOVES their crepes. 10/10

Don't let the building fool you! Great little locals cafe, good food, good service! The cinnamon roll french toast is yummy! Hashbrowns are cooked just right too! Note this is a cash only establishment.
Top notch service and atmosphere! Food was awesome! Always had a full cup of coffee and all the patrons were like family welcoming me like I'd been away for many months of Sundays. Best place in the valley but if you go there, better not take your visa or master card. Bring the green cause they don't do plastic here! What a fresh sight to behold!

The food was okay but the waiter was awful. From the moment we got there she started hovering over my friend and I. Once we got our food not even a minute later she handed me the check, and proceeded hover over us. We felt rushed to eat the whole time. We took a couple of bites and left. She wasn’t doing the same to the rest of the guest there. It was busy to say they needed the table either. I would not recommend going there.

This is a what I think of when I think of a cafe... Small dining area, Freindly wait-staff, booths, tables or eat at the counter. I had the country fried steak (it was Great!) my wife had the Reuben sandwich (it was too much for her so I got half of that later that night and it was really good, too!) We'll definitely be going back to try some of the other dishes.
