Sat for 15 minutes while waitresses walked around me and delivered food and drinks, not even a menu dropped off. Bobs usually has good food, but maybe this location is understaffed or mismanaged.

Waited over 45 minutes for food, Group of six got seated well after us and received Chicken wings within 20 minutes and I had ordered wings well before them! We will Never go to that location again! I understand being busy but waiting over 45 minutes for at least my appetizer is unacceptable! Especially when another party gets seated 30 minutes after you order and receives two orders of the same thing we ordered before we got one order that came out with my main course!

We live 3 miles away so it's a lazy go to, but we're officially done with this location, and probably the chain. Between the bulk of the gals running the front being wildly incompetent and the cooks being wildly different I can't say exactly where the issue is. If they didn't have tesla chargers in the parking lot I'm sure they would go under, ive seen several other unhappy customers in the years that I've been going here out of pure convenience. Texas roadhouse opened up 25 minutes farther north, well worth the trip and much better food and much much better drinks. You're probably better off getting cheaper food from the warming case at the shell gas station right next door. They do an amazing job, great staff and keep everything fresh, including bbq Fridays. I visit them almost every day.

This time only, staff and customers looked frustrated. Think they might have lost a cook. They encouraged anyone entering to leave. Never bad before

Don’t order a pick up from here unless you have the patience for repeating yourself over and over and horrible costumer service.
Also forget getting home with warm food!

Had dinner at Bob's on Oct 11th with family. Fish & Chips tasted great as did wife's prime rib dip. Our server was great even though she thought I was pranking her when I asked for a chocolate coke (note she made a good one if you enjoy flavored coke). We had a great experience and will return on our next visit to the area.
