I usually go to this place in Marysville. It's always good. Tonight I went to the Burlington store. No one inside waiting. I don't think the drive thru had any. My burger must have been in the heat lamp for hours. When paying $16 for a meal I'd expect a fresh made, hot burger, hot fries. I won't go there ever again. Do Better!!

I gave them a 3 for the menu board being very misleading. Who has small print on a fast food drive thru? Carl's Jr does, it shows a burger and says combo then the price which tells me that burger in a combo is the displayed price except wait nope it's the burger price says so in small print nobys can see. I guess the word combo is just a suggestion of what you should get with the 10.39 burger. There was 3 people in my vehicle and we all read it the same way. Whoever is in charge of advertisement should really try an honest approach I'm sure your making money on your current plan but not long term cause people like me (honest) people don't appreciate being mislead, being switched up on them, we want what we thought we were agreeing to when we ordered not get knocked out with a total that is 20 bucks then you had planned just 10 seconds earlier. Not all of us have a endless supply of money especially this time of the year. I will not return to this restaurant until they change that aspect of their menu. I work to hard to get my money so I'm not willing to add $20 over fine print. The kid in the drive through was a good, polite, and overall provided great customer service. This was drive thru in Mount veron, Wa about 9:45pm

Food can be super great from visit to visit, but it's not consistent which is true of any fastfood joint. Their onion rings are seasoned well, and my last visit i tried their sourdough double, which was good, but I can't repeat business consistently and I can't give a good review to a restaurants that doesn't have well posted operating signs and leaves their drive through lights on while closed. It's a huge waste of time to see two open sign flashing and find no one is responding after the automated drive through welcomes you and literally asks you to try something. I find it very hard to believe that they have zero closing procedures and just abandon the property when it's quitting times. Just turn off the damned open sign, it's literally the easiest part of closing anything.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not come here. Sat in the drive-thru line for 40 mins, was trapped otherwise I would have left. I called to ask what was going on and was told “we have a lot of people inside, you’re going to have to wait.” I asked “how long” and he said “you’re just gonna to wait and then hung up on me”. Unacceptable.

It was a frustrating experience from start to finish... topped off by being stuck in the drive through. They asked the vehicle ahead of me to wait by the corner pole.. which also blocked me from exiting. Food was as expected, service was very poor.
Shorted us on our jalapeño poppers, ordered a 6 piece got 4 and one half ish one...the chicken strips are not strips more like almost nuggets. 2 napkins that looked like they were already used. Wadded up, stuffed in the bag. Ranch on bottom was warm. Got shakes right away, that was good, but drank them before they melted, while we waited in line for our food.
