Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's a Chipotle. If you've eaten at one before, then you've eaten at one more than once, and this is just another one in the city of Burlington. I have eaten a lot of Chipotle in my life and this location is average. Their portions have been some of the most consistently smallest portions I've experienced from a Chipotle. This location's parking is by far the worst I've ever seen. Their drink area is always a disaster and messy. The table orientation within the restaurant makes it a hassle to easily walk to the front and get your online order or makes it awkward to easily leave with your to-go order.

My order was misplaced so when I arrived I had to do a bit of waiting. The burrito was to put it nicely was liquid. It made quite the mess and became unedible.

I’ve come to this location a few times since they’ve opened and my experiences has been bad every time. The chips are always stale, they hardly give you ANY food, customer service is horrible, and none of the food ever seems fresh. I love chipotle and this location is the closest to me, but I wish they would be better.

Not really impressed...i am unable to see what the hype is around it.

Went in last night 4/21/25 10:30 pm and the female working that shift had the absolutely worst costumer service. I walked in and waited a minute or two while the gentleman kept on cleaning and the lady sweeping tables kept doing her thing then finally came over to help me no greeting or anything. She helped me get my food and did not give me even the proper portions of food giving half a spoon of everything. Then when she was done she walked away saying they will help you now and then I stood at the cash register again for another few minutes waiting while she stared at me doing random things instead of just checking me out. I truly do not understand who is training these workers but everywhere else there is always an urgency to help the customer quickly. That work ethic has sadly been gone from this chipotle for a while and it’s sad to see. Do better Burlington management.

I just left this Chipotle and I've got to say the employees on duty were amazing!! The food is delicious and I will 100% be a return customer. Thank you to the ladies working tonight!!!

Best chipotle I’ve been to, everyone is super nice and it’s clean and the food is good.

For the past 10+ years my order has always been the same...chicken burrito with a side of guacamole and chips.

For the last few visits i have noticed that the guacamole is not a normal darker green and has been significantly less flavorful. Almost like it is a paler yellow color and definitely lacking in flavor.

Also, the chips appear to be two kinds and definitely also not as fresh as i remember. Almost like there is a mix of maybe some pre-bagged older/staler chips with maybe some fresher (but not as fresh as i remember from older days) local chips.

Anyways, definitely noticing what i believe to be some cutting of quality corners here.

It's always the case as a business proceeds through the time/history scale that some damn MBA's get their claws into things and begin to cheapen the products.

The burrito was still good but i have noticed that for more than half of the last dozen visits there is waaayyyy too much salt being added to the chicken...a couple of visits I could not even finish the burrito it was just too salty.

Large portions and well worth the price.

This Chipotle is consistently dirty, and the employees are always rude. Every time I visit, I experience the same issues. On multiple occasions, I’ve walked up to the counter and been completely ignored for at least 30 seconds. When employees do acknowledge customers, their demeanor is unprofessional and unfriendly.

They acted like it was a chore to make my bowl. I asked for chips and salsa and didn't receive the salsa on a pick up order.
