Contaminated ice machines in both ice machines behind the counter and out front. Got ice 3-4 times and couldn’t get a batch without something in it. So, we asked the person behind the counter for ice from behind the counter, and when he brought back the ice, this is how much he gave us and it looked worse than up front! He was very rude when we politely asked for a refund on the drinks. To top it off, they didn’t shut down the machines and clean them, they just let people keep using it.

Will be calling the health department, they didn’t shut the drink machine down to clean it after being notified.

This place is such a bummer. You are literally handed a customer base because it's a Chipotle, and then you deliver the most subpar service and meals it's insane. I would not be surprised if they pulled their numbers and have seen a steady decline over the years. This place lacks function, and it's service is atrocious on the best days. Tipping culture has also turned your work force into vultures. Ill give you an example, if I place a to-go order, and I drive twenty minutes to come pick it up, and I don't tip the staff for doing the basics in making an order (which is what the COMPANY pays them to do), my order will always be shorted in some capacity. Either the chip bags are under filled, they don't double on portions (that I pay for!) or just intentionally get it wrong. Wild way to earn a tip bt. But if I do tip ahead of time, everything is over the top in its completion? Got it. So this places culture is basically only good service if I pay an extra 20$ on top of the absurd prices already. Get real already, hire better, train better, pay better, do whatever it is you need to do to bring back quality in service! What a missed opportunity on Chipotles behalf.

It does not make sense that when you get a Vegetarian adult dish you can substitute guacamole for not having meat but when you get a kids vegetarian meal, you can’t get guacamole as a substitute. And the new manager or shift supervisor was just rude about it.

It's a Chipotle. If you've eaten at one before, then you've eaten at one more than once, and this is just another one in the city of Burlington. I have eaten a lot of Chipotle in my life and this location is average. Their portions have been some of the most consistently smallest portions I've experienced from a Chipotle. This location's parking is by far the worst I've ever seen. Their drink area is always a disaster and messy. The table orientation within the restaurant makes it a hassle to easily walk to the front and get your online order or makes it awkward to easily leave with your to-go order.

My order was misplaced so when I arrived I had to do a bit of waiting. The burrito was to put it nicely was liquid. It made quite the mess and became unedible.

I’ve come to this location a few times since they’ve opened and my experiences has been bad every time. The chips are always stale, they hardly give you ANY food, customer service is horrible, and none of the food ever seems fresh. I love chipotle and this location is the closest to me, but I wish they would be better.
