Usually I have a decent experience here. Usually hit or miss at this location, but today was completely different. Had made my order online and to be picked up at 2:50. Got to chipotle at 2:49 went in to wait for my order and it was already done. Grabbed my bag went to my car drove home and opened my food and it was cold. I only live 5-10 min away. The cheese wasn’t even melted so it wasn’t like lukewarm it was cold. Meat was cold, rice was barely luke warm and the cheese wasn’t even melted. My food had looked like it was just thrown together shaken than thrown in my bag. I ate it cause I was hungry and I hate going back to complain I feel like an inconvenience. Pretty disappointing though :/. Also my guacamole wasn’t even seasoned was just straight avocado flavor. :(

Super greedy with the meat servings. First serving was small.. so I asked for double meat. The second serving was even smaller, and not only that, but stupid expensive with double meat and guacamole.

Portions of rice, beans, and guacamole were fine in my burrito bowl. But they were extra stingy on the meat and when I asked for more meat because the portion was so small, the second amount was smaller than the palm of my hand. For $14 I could have gone to Costco and buy meat in bulk myself and feed a full family but instead I barely got any meat in my bowl and I could see the abundance of meat they were cooking on the grill behind the counter. Not to mention the overall size of my bowl was half the size they used to be. The staff was somewhat polite but not very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was not it. Truly dissapointing. For $14? Wouldn't come back again, I'm better off spending my money elsewhere.

Was passing through during promotion of buy 3 tacos get a free entree. Manager insisted the deal was for buy 3 tacos get 3 tacos free. Showed them the social media post that shows photo of 3 tacos + bowl and the caption stated buy 3 tacos get free entree. Dining room was a disaster. Can’t imagine how well they keep back of the house clean. Or don’t. Manager ended up authorizing the promotion. Won’t be going back to this location if we can help it. Parking lot also sucks.

Came here for lunch and within just a couple of hours I have been dealing with the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Not sure what it is that is making me sick. But I would definitely check all your foods to make sure nothing is spoiled or undercooked

By far the smallest portions I've seen from any Chipotle. $22 (rounding up $0.15) for this is simply unacceptable. Seating area was a complete mess. I had to wipe of my seat before sitting because there was sour cream on the seat. Food was overall mid. I don't think I'll be visiting Chipotle anytime in the foreseeable future.

Contaminated ice machines in both ice machines behind the counter and out front. Got ice 3-4 times and couldn’t get a batch without something in it. So, we asked the person behind the counter for ice from behind the counter, and when he brought back the ice, this is how much he gave us and it looked worse than up front! He was very rude when we politely asked for a refund on the drinks. To top it off, they didn’t shut down the machines and clean them, they just let people keep using it.

Will be calling the health department, they didn’t shut the drink machine down to clean it after being notified.

This place is such a bummer. You are literally handed a customer base because it's a Chipotle, and then you deliver the most subpar service and meals it's insane. I would not be surprised if they pulled their numbers and have seen a steady decline over the years. This place lacks function, and it's service is atrocious on the best days. Tipping culture has also turned your work force into vultures. Ill give you an example, if I place a to-go order, and I drive twenty minutes to come pick it up, and I don't tip the staff for doing the basics in making an order (which is what the COMPANY pays them to do), my order will always be shorted in some capacity. Either the chip bags are under filled, they don't double on portions (that I pay for!) or just intentionally get it wrong. Wild way to earn a tip bt. But if I do tip ahead of time, everything is over the top in its completion? Got it. So this places culture is basically only good service if I pay an extra 20$ on top of the absurd prices already. Get real already, hire better, train better, pay better, do whatever it is you need to do to bring back quality in service! What a missed opportunity on Chipotles behalf.

One of the nicest cashiers I have ever talked to. Super friendly dude, walked me through the kids meal because it was my first time ordering the kids meal. Thanks chipotle you guys are the best!
