First time ordering here and probably will not be back. Ordered dinner for the family, and my burrito had no Tortilla so I needed a fork to eat it but there were no forks or napkins, so my husband who got a burrito bowl also needed a fork. Come on, this place is too expensive to not give forks and napkins.

Well, I'm just going to tell you about my experience, and of course I will never return to this place again... when you arrive they receive you with a face that it seems that the cashier will hate her work, she takes your order and almost blows your plate so that you leave soon. I actually felt uncomfortable. I ordered a salad and the meat was very disgusting that I couldn't even chew it because it looked like chewing gum. I wouldn't come back.

The only thing keeping Chipotle going is their food. I don't appreciate going to place an order that came with many questions and they skip right over me. The questions were answered however they seemed to be to busy to follow through with continuing to help place my order. Also the seating area was filthy. There was not one clean table to sit at in there and they didn't even bother to ask if it was in house or a take out order. WOW!!

I hadn't been to this place in a long time so I thought I'd try it again. I was placing my order and it was almost done when some jerk cut me in line and forced his way to the register. The girl behind the counter asked if we were together I said "No, he just cut in front of me."They rang him up first anyway.The food was okay. It's not real Mexican food, so don't expect that from this place. I told the staff that I was unhappy with the experience and they offered me nothing but a half hearted apology.
It's my local chipotle and it's reliable. They extend their hours which I appreciate.

Did their catering takeout for 15 people. Fan-freakin-tastic. On time. Tidily packaged for transport. Includes dishes, utensils and reusable containers: just in case you have leftovers. Perfect for our get together.
