My son had his birthday there! We got early access to the arcade with the Mega Fun deal, so it was just our party for the first hour. We had some neurospicy young kids, so the calm atmosphere was helpful. Our hostess, Parker, was awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed and walked us through the process. She was very approachable and easy to talk to. All the kids had a fun time.

Games wher fun and the pizza was so good. But the salad bar was actually not worth it.
My broccoli had brown and the green salad was rotten gross and nasty.
And the point of having a kid check system is to CHECK THE KIDS. Ther was no one ther when we left. And the sound form the showroom was to quite and I couldn't even here whet they wher saying on the TV,s.

Hosted a birthday. It was ok.. trampoline area cost more. Unlimited play is fun, but only when it works. Some games took a few swipes and they tell you you have to wait. Tickets are minimal so it takes alot of playing to get a good amount. Overall service was good. Food ok..and kids had a blast which is all that matters

We came here to kill some time on a rainy day with our two kids while visiting the area. My one star review is more for the organization as a whole rather than this particular location.

Pros: I will give this place one star for the staff, everyone was kind. The place seemed clean, there was a guy actively cleaning while we were there. The bathrooms weren’t terrible.

Cons: This Chuck E. Cheese is located on the outskirts of an otherwise abandoned mall. Which isn’t a huge problem but is strange none-the-less. It was $52ish for a medium cheese pizza, two regular size fountain drinks, a 10 piece chicken wing, and a side of fries. I wouldn’t consider the price of the food that bad if it wasn’t for the size of the portions and the quality of the food. The fries were cold and soggy, the chicken wings were good, but extremely small (see photo), the pizza was mediocre…as to be expected for the usual quality of pizza at a Chuck E. Cheese. Technically you don’t go there for the food, which I get… just trying to paint a picture of the whole experience.

The new (Or at least I think it’s new) up-charge for their play area is just not worth it. As I understand it… each location has an additional play area (jungle gym or other play-on structure) that is now pay to access. This particular location had a small Trampoline area. It cost $12 per kid for unlimited access to their jump area. Important to note that they keep it locked using a padlock and zip ties. If your kids are anything like mine, they will probably want to go back-and-forth between the games and the play area. Unfortunately, anytime our kids exited the play area the employee immediately replaced the padlock and returned to the front desk. So, 2 minutes later when the kids wanted to return to the jumping area we would have to go back to the front and request for them to unlock the area a wait for an employee to become available. This made it very difficult to utilize the “unlimited access” to the trampolines that we paid for.

Inflation is up everywhere, and as you would expect this includes their version of pay for games. Instead of tokens, they use a relatable card called a pay pass, similar to Dave & Buster’s. However, the pay scale is based on minutes/points. I believe is meant to disorient you to the actual cost of each game. I saw a range of games from 1 point to 5 points.

Overall: If you’re interested in spending $100-$150 for small portions/mediocre food, and maybe an hour worth of play… While simultaneously being severely overstimulated this is the activity for you.

I think this is the end of an era for Chuck. It’s just another cash grab that has increased in cost and decreased the experience.

I wanted to leave a public review of this store. Today was my son’s 10th Birthday and since he is a collector of Chuck E Cheese/Showbiz/Pizza time Theater, I wanted to take him one last time. The young staff working here on 8/14:/25 were SO amazing! They went above and beyond to make his day so special….he’s getting older and I knew this was the last trip and they did not disappoint! Thanks for a great memory!

We had my son's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese and it was awesome! The kids had a blast playing games, eating pizza, and of course seeing Chuck E. The best part was our party host! She weas absolutely amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and really went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The manager went out of his way to make sure allergies were handled properly. Overall, they kept the kids happy, made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped with the cake. We felt really taken care of. Totally recommend having your party here such a fun and stress-free experience!

A real rip-off anymore. Super expensive, many of the games didn't work or lasted a few seconds. The PushPop looked like it had been thawed and then refrozen... just don't waste your $$!

Brought our daughter for her birthday and she was not impressed! Some games don’t work as the picture showed. A few just had the unavailable tag.
The salad bar states 20+ plus toppings as there were maybe 10 not counting the dressings. The salad itself had some dark spots. All of our pictures like the sketch and the other available still had yesterday’s date on it.
On our way out there was not an employee present to check our hands to verify same family.
What a disappointment for spending $90 for a family of 3.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese. We waited over an hour for our food, and during that time, the host and front counter staff repeatedly lied to us, saying it was being made. Eventually, they admitted the cook had gone on break and forgotten about our order entirely. When we asked for a refund for the food, we were told no. We paid over $400 for the experience. Don’t waste your time or money on such a poorly managed place. Staff was rude and kept telling us there was nothing they could do even we I asked for the managers information I waited 15 minutes.

Went for the trampoline. Pretty expensive for the set of 3 small trampolines. Kids had some fun on the kiddie rides
