We had an extremely disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese. We waited over an hour for our food, and during that time, the host and front counter staff repeatedly lied to us, saying it was being made. Eventually, they admitted the cook had gone on break and forgotten about our order entirely. When we asked for a refund for the food, we were told no. We paid over $400 for the experience. Don’t waste your time or money on such a poorly managed place. Staff was rude and kept telling us there was nothing they could do even we I asked for the managers information I waited 15 minutes.

If you purchase the gold monthly membership food is 50% off. Lots of rides and games and they only take 1 token per games. Highly recommend. Great experience awesome value.

Had my granddaughters 4th bday party here. The staff present between 2-4p on 4/4/25 went above and beyond to make this birthday party phenomenal! Not only did they exceed my expectations but they were so friendly and very kid oriented! The facility was exceptionally clean! They were also on top of ppl coming and going and checking the associated numbers consistently. I will be returning for our next child specific event. Thank you for making this day so special for my granddaughter! (We didn’t order any food besides salad bar which was kept very clean and maintained!)

I went to this establishment to have a thrilling afternoon with fun arcade style games but instead I was met with incredible hostility from the management I will not be going back.
Good food service was terrible the general manager needs more training on how to be nice to people very rude to me

Overall, it's a good time for the kids, but it's a rip-off if you don't go often. As an adult in this economy, it's hard to justify bringing kids unless you get a play pass and go all the time. They need to learn the games to build skill and actually win anything. If they care more about playing the games than winning prizes, though it's plenty of fun.
