Did you know, if Crumbl runs out of single cookie boxes, they will not sell you anything less than a 4 pack? Nope? Me neither. Kinda crazy, and a horrible business model. My husband went in to buy three cookies and when he asked for them, the employee said she could not sell him only three cookies because they did not have single cookie boxes and that was their policy. ? And he would have to buy a four pack because they only have the four pack boxes! Well if a box fits four cookies...
From ordering to picking up my order, it was easy and quick. The staff was so kind when our name was called. With a big smile, they checked our order with us. We will be going back for sure.
All around amazing except when they sell out of flavors 1/2 way through the day. (Especially when it's your sons birthday & they sell out of the Birthday Cake Special and now we don't have a cake for his bday) but the staff is always so sweet, always clean, and always clean!
