Also, I live close to the roasting plant so go to the little store there to buy my coffee beans..Friendly, neighborly help is always there! Lastly, , I take coffee beans, as a gift, when visiting a friend.. I sew little cloth “coffee bag”to house the coffee and then put it on the counter next to their coffee pot when I arrive. People love the coffee! Thanks Fidalgo for all that coffee over the years!

I searched, for years, to find a coffee that I truly liked. I saw some Sunset blend in Safeway and decided to try it, best decision ever. We mix the Sunset blend with their Wired Wolf white coffee, it is the perfect blend with an amazing flavor profile.

So I only ordered white wired wolf and I loved it want bad on cost super good but it makes you wired for sure and talking to the company and asked to be a ambassador for them haven't got a answer but great coffee and awesome employees

We order Sunset Blend coffee 12-13 times a year. It’s phenomenal coffee and the roast date is always near to when they ship your order.It never takes more than a day between order and receipt.Their customer service is second to none. I have made a couple absent minded orders of the pre-ground stuff over the last couple of years and they have gone as far as to send me fresh whole bean replacements out of the goodness of their hearts.We recommend Fidalgo to anyone who will listen!

Customer service was OK from initial interaction. After speaking with someone named Darryl (?) I’ve decided to leave a two star review. Customer service on Darryl’s end is lacking, to say the least. In my honest opinion; don’t work in coffee if you’re Darryl. Find a corporate office to sulk in.
Best Dark roast and Cold Brew, you will not experience a bitter after taste.

I have been a subscriber to this coffee for a few years now. The coffee is outstanding! The seasonal coffees are always a crowd pleaser with us and our guests. Many places have great coffee these days but this company is set apart by their customer service. Today I had a small issue with shipping an order to an old address, they went above and beyond to correct the issue in the fastest time I have ever encountered! Way to go! I’ll remain a loyal customer:)
