OH LAWD! Literally the best espresso beans I’ve ever put through my Breville. Grinds, tamps, and perfect pressure every single shot that is made. Taste is 10/10 and the caffeine is just enough to make me stay awake but not send me into another dimension. I will go to every store until I find Fidalgo espresso beans before cheating on them with an off brand.

Great stop between Birch Bay, WA and Whistler BC drive. Friendly staff shared decaf choices and seasonal flavors. She ground the beans for us and offered some samples to take with us! Delicious coffee...definitely Italy worth the stopover.

I have a huge to do list, but I'm stopping to write this review. I have been enjoying Fildalgo's 'Organic Italian Roast' for a few years now. I make it at home and often bring it on the road to make in my stove top espresso. I traveled this weekend to run a 50k. I did not bring my coffee. Now I am back and I just had a sip and its feels life changing. Enough to pause and write this.
Made in a stove top espresso it is one of the most spectacular cups of coffee I have ever had. It reminds me of the best espresso made coffee I have had in Italy. Smokes whatever I have had in Spain and France. Perhaps Melbourne comes close... and in these cases I'm talking about hand pulled espresso. I'm making this cup on a 30 dollar stove top stainless steel Bialetti. It brings out this roast to create a round rich body that somehow seems to have substance beyond the beans and water it is made from. Soul enriching. Each sip gives me feelings of vigor, happiness and hope. A balance of sweet, bitter and astringent.
Its a cup so good I know I can only have two, but that second one will never be as good as the first. It cant be. Just like how you can never quite go home... I will strive today, I will strive hard enough to hope to earn my sleep fast and when I wake tomorrow I know I will have an ally in this Fildago's 'Organic Italian Roast' and for a brief moment my thoughts will course with pleasant memories half remembered of far off places as I sit cozy in my home and plan and act of things to do and dream of memories not yet made.

Been a lover of Fidalgo Coffee for MANY years. I send the beans to family as gifts. It’s that good! Also, I live close to the roasting plant so go to the little store there to buy my coffee beans..Friendly, neighborly help is always there! Lastly, , I take coffee beans, as a gift, when visiting a friend.. I sew little cloth “coffee bag”to house the coffee and then put it on the counter next to their coffee pot when I arrive. People love the coffee! Thanks Fidalgo for all that coffee over the years!

I searched, for years, to find a coffee that I truly liked. I saw some Sunset blend in Safeway and decided to try it, best decision ever. We mix the Sunset blend with their Wired Wolf white coffee, it is the perfect blend with an amazing flavor profile.
We really love the summer breeze blend that's only available in the summer

So I only ordered white wired wolf and I loved it want bad on cost super good but it makes you wired for sure and talking to the company and asked to be a ambassador for them haven't got a answer but great coffee and awesome employees

We order Sunset Blend coffee 12-13 times a year. It’s phenomenal coffee and the roast date is always near to when they ship your order.It never takes more than a day between order and receipt.Their customer service is second to none. I have made a couple absent minded orders of the pre-ground stuff over the last couple of years and they have gone as far as to send me fresh whole bean replacements out of the goodness of their hearts.We recommend Fidalgo to anyone who will listen!
