December 2025: In this era of medium & light roast. One in which you bring a cup of coffee to your face, to your lips, into your mouth. OH LAWD! Literally the best espresso beans I’ve ever put through my Breville. Grinds, tamps, and perfect pressure every single shot that is made. Taste is 10/10 and the caffeine is just enough to make me stay awake but not send me into another dimension. I will go to every store until I find Fidalgo espresso beans before cheating on them with an off brand.

Great stop between Birch Bay, WA and Whistler BC drive. Friendly staff shared decaf choices and seasonal flavors. She ground the beans for us and offered some samples to take with us! Delicious coffee...definitely Italy worth the stopover.
