While at the drive-thru I could see the inside of the restaurant and it looks flooded. Water everywhere, and I could smell it from my car. The smell was reminiscent of a sewer. I dont know if there is an issue with plumbing or what, but last time I went (November 10, if I remember correctly) it still hasnt been fixed from what I could tell.
I go there a lot and I dont know why this hasnt been fixed yet.
But the workers (Carmen and Luis) were nice, and fast at getting my food out. I honestly feel bad for them. Like I said it smells gross.

12:01pm. Just another person in the drive through line. Experiencing amazing service. I pull up, collect the goods. Now it’s just two crunchy tacos and a hungry Samoan. I was absolutely blown out of my seat. Not only did my crunchy tacos NOT look like a shriveled pot sticker. BUT the meat, lettuce, cheese, and extra taco sauce and she’ll ratio was exact. Down to a science.
My compliments to the chef(s).
And management. Give them a raise>pizza party

Employees not friendly they don’t even let use the restrooms for costumers . The service slow.. 30 mins for serve me my burger
Freezing cold and filthy tables and floor. extremely poor service.
$3.50 for a room temperature coffee. When I complained my coffee was cold they microwaved it and of course the glue from the paper cup burnt in the microwave and now my coffee tastes like burnt glue
Took an hour to go threw drive thru. Then they didn't give us all our food. $45 and an hour later.... Ridiculous. Horrible service.

Worst jack in the box ever. I order 1 burger sandwich and waited 20minutes because they were short staffed. Bad management.
We visited the drive thru shortly before sundown Saturday night. Despite there only being one car ahead of us, we had to pull in front and wait about fifteen minutes for our food, which was missing a shake and a taco, causing me to have to run in and wait another 5 minutes. As we were waiting the parking lot appeared to be filling up with homeless people loitering by the door, almost blocking the way with their shopping carts. Which is no fault of anyone, just an observation as some people might not be keen on that type of atmosphere. Also believe the slow service and forgotten items aren't due to inept employees, but a lack of workers. I only counted 3 that I could see which seems to be grossly understaffed for a Saturday night. If anyone needs a job I'm willing to bet they are hiring and in need of help immediately.
Really yummy shakes
It is open 24 hours the inside included. So if you need to go to the bathroom or something on a road trip perfect place they also don't mind if you're hanging out in the parking lot for hours. Better than a rest stop.
The last 2 times I have been here have been terrible I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was so soggy and when I went to pay the lady almost forgot to give me back my card we went there Monday 2-24 and we all got food poisoning we are all so sick and we refuse to go to this location again ill make the drive somewhere els let alone felt rushed through the drive thru this location should be shut down.
