Some of the rudest people at any place thought the first time might be a one off but the second and now the third it’s clearly a problem with this place.

It is business hours and the doors are locked. Tried to call to find out why they’re not aligning people to buy food and they hung up on me.

No photos this time. I haven’t been to Jack in the Box for almost a year because we don’t have them in Canada but I sure wish we did. I had an old favourite the Sourdough burger. I would give a 5 star rating but it was a bit not fresh/cool like it had been sitting. This is not the usual for these guys so I will give 4 stars. The Chinese egg roll is one of my favourite menu items with sweet n sour sauce. If you haven’t tried it then you must next visit. It’s the best hands down! It was a 5 star as usual. Did you know Jack in the Box is known for cooking when you order? Versus making a bunch of stuff ahead of time. I hope this is still the way they operate otherwise all the mayo in the world can’t hide a burger that’s been sitting.

Always have to wait in line for the food. Seems like they are understaffed
Employees made sure to greet us and in keep in touch with each customer as they worked through a busy drive through and online orders as well as a line inside. Love their friendly service, and they were kind enough to bring our food to our table when we dined in! Extremely clean inside and out 🤩

Barely English speaking girl packed a different burger instead of an ordered one. There was not a slice of tomato even inside a provided. After eating french fries potatoes I felt sick - it looks like a cooking oil had never been changed.
A bath tap was broken.
All team members are new comers for this country.
Dont recommend.
