The drinks were good but one of the drinks they gave us was definitely not correct. Since we don’t come to Jamba Juice often, we have no idea what drink they gave us. 😂
We will probably come again but hoping next time they give us the correct drinks.
Not the JJ that I can recommend. Except that the options are difficult to find.
Been coming 2x week for a month and each time had issue with severs not knowing the recipe well enough to let me know exactly what goes into my smoothie.
I asked for a vegan dairy free pb&bananna smoothie. Using oatmilk. I saw server use soymilk and add honey- which is not vegan by definition. I asked about oatmilk and was told - they used oatmilk. I didn’t press the issue- nor made a scene. Kids are working hard and it was “close” enough. Then I got my Large smoothie- maybe 2 inches below the top. See photo.
I am definitely going to look for alternative to JJ in Burlington Wa.
Vegan and other customers- be Aware!
I had a breakfast sandwich here once it
Was
Yummy.
Happy families mothers with daughters I saw while eating.
The location is difficult to drive in and out
Of though if I had a job 10 miles away I’d seriously consider ordering to go.
Extremely slow service. Waited 20 min +
No customer service as the ordering is electronic, but it still asks for a tip. You want me to tip your screen?
Can’t customize anything because no one to talk to.
Drinks made from frozen *not fresh* fruits
Your employee thinks he can close at whatever time he wants because he doesn’t want to do anymore work. If a customer comes in 40 minutes before your posted close time, they should be served. Not ignored and then told “we’re closed”. I have eyes, I can read the time, and you’re not closed because it’s close to closing time. Get a less lazy employee.
Placed an online order on10/21.
I had an issue comeuppance and I could not pickup my orde I called the store the same day and asked them what could we the gal said she could issue me a refund and that didn't happen this was my first order I had decided to give them a try but didn't get the chance to so I guess I'm just out the money now
Thanks Jamba Juice!!

Stood in line not one single word from the employees. No one told us we could order ourselves. Only word was the kind of the shake. Not a hello or do you need help. 4pm on a Friday they weren’t too busy to greet a customer.

They’re so sweet here. I went one day when someone was being trained and they were being so kind a patient w them and I love that. Nothing worse than going to get a service and they’re being short w their new person, but that wasn’t the case here. Made the experience even better. At the end of the day it’s just some blended up fruit. I’m giving a review just to highlight their awesome customer service but also the good relationship they clearly have within their staff. I went the following day for an online order and they were just as kind to me and each other. Def a place I wouldn’t mind going back to again and again.

Came in with my family, we usually get the Citrus Squeeze, which is an old item not really on the menu but they still make it. Two mediums and a small came out to $29. Thought that was high so we asked about it. Turns out they charge different prices for items not on the menu. While a large is around $9 for a menu item, a medium Citrus Squeeze rings up at $11. This is crazy. Noticed all the ingredients were in abundance so it’s a little strange. Won’t be buying Jamba juices anymore.
Just wanted to share that I went Sunday 2/4 and it was SO busy at the time, but the workers remained calm and got everyone’s drinks at a good time. They did amazing!
