Gave us the wrong size sandwiches twice now. Don’t go there they are garbage. Would not refund my money right away. Go somewhere else.
This place sucks bad!!!! Different people working here not from America they don't know what they are doing. Different owners ... We are never coming back here plus we have been waiting for our 2 sandwiches 15 minutes!!!!! This place sucks!!!
The employees were nice and the place looked clean, but the food was NASTY. I built my own sandwich and asked for tuna and cheese. I wanted to build my own to not get the veggies, I wanted it plain. I got my sandwich back with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato on it. There was barely any tuna and it wasn’t even on the whole sandwich which was annoying. The tomato’s were soggy and foamy which is disgusting. There was SO MUCH lettuce also that I had to take off. I don’t know why they thought they should put vegetables on the sandwich to begin with. The menu on the “build your own” section didn’t say anything about it already coming with vegetables, so obviously… I was a little confused. If that’s not the worst of it, the tuna had some type of vegetable in it. A BUNCH. And it tasted terrible. If restaurants are going to add things into their tuna, IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THE MENU. What if people are allergic? Baffling. I didn’t even eat a third of the sandwich before I threw it away and walked out.
They don't have foot long wheat bread and heat up their meat for a Philly sandwich
Good Service
Good Food
Clean and quick. Very good sandwich. Best jimmy John's I've been in. Has 3 large booths and smaller tables
We have always had great experiences at the Burlington, WA in the past. I had a pepe original and my wife had a chicken jalapeño unwrap. My wife had a good lunch but the bread on my sandwich was hard, dry and stale. The bread ruined my sandwich. Can’t believe they would make a sandwich with bread past its prime. Very disappointed!

Freaky fast and awesome sandwiches! The bread seals the deal on tasty!
Owner or manger ( beard/go-tee shaved head) guy was a rude ass who kept making comments. Bread was rock hard and made wrong. And somehow that was my fault, another rude comment.
This place had gone down hill.

Tried a second time. I was the only person in there around 3:30. Had to wait for my order. Lettuce continuously tastes like it has never been washed. All lettuce and no meat or anything else. For the same price, just go to Jersey Mikes!

Website does NOT allow for adding onions, Mustard, lite ice in my drink, little mayo, or extra. They will not allow you to TYPE in your specifications for your food anywhere. F that. Either give me complete control over my order or lose my business. Your restaurant does NOT prescribe to the notion of the CUSTOMER always being right (guess what... I am ALWAYS right because I am THE customer). So, get good scrubs.
