I know it was early in the morning when I pulled through, but you could at least been a little more friendly than making me feel like I'm an inconvenience. I guess I should lower my customer service expectations for a business like McDonald's. Won't come back to that location.

I ordered a delivery through the app and a four piece nugget does not have four nuggets, it has 3. my burger that I asked for with mustard and onion only has ketchup and pickles. When I call them the young person on the other end of the line tells me I should be listening to his advice which is take it up with uber. Uber did not cook my food

i don’t even know how many times in a row ive had to eat my chicken nuggets dry after paying for extra sauce and not getting ONE!!!!! terrible terrible service i HATE dry nuggets. do your job and give the customer what they ask for really not that hard and very lazy of your employees.

Ridiculous. Doesn't matter what time I try for breakfast these guys fail. This morning I was tasked with picking up breakfast fir my team and ordered through the mobile app for pickup. Got to the drive through 15 minutes after placing the order just to be told they are short staffed and can't make any food for another half hour. I worked for McDonald's years ago and am embarrassed for what it's become

One of the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever visited, both inside and through the drive through. Also, what ever happened to good customer service and the employees being personable. There’s no greetings, just them handing stuff through the windows and walking away.
