They need people to watch the lobby as many people are always needing when the workers forget something. I should not have to wait 10 minutes for a sweet and sour sauce I paid for already. Busy or not you need to pay attention to the people in the lobby eating as well.

Stop forgetting BACON, TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO READ!
the FIRST word on my order is literally BACON, for a bacon quarter pounder and they refuse to put bacon on it, multiple times this has happened at this store.
i dont understand how you forget the VERY FIRST WORD of the order.
Its bad enough it costs $13 for this simple meal at a McDonald's, but they cant even get it correct simply because they cant read

Mccrispy strips tasted like they were fried in old oil. Fries were overcooked and stale. Apparently, they cook the food in the same oil for 7 days before they change it.

This location does not allow you to upgrade your drink to a McFlurry anymore, ordered one on its own and it came barely half full.

This McDonald’s consistently always messes up at least one thing every time I come through. This time once again my Dr. Pepper was so watered down and my chicken sandwhich I ordered had pickles (I requested no pickled bc I can not have any). I politely told the girl who brought out my food to one the reserved spots (they had me wait bc the fries were not done, totally fine) that my sandwhich had pickles she apologized and had one remade for me. The other girl that comes out and before she says anything she goes “I’m going to need the other sandwhich back” out of curiosity I asked what are you going to do with it, throw it away? She stated that they need to inventory it with an attitude. I’m sorry inventory it? How do you inventory a sandwhich? I hope they aren’t going to reserve this to a customer. I will not be returning in the future.

So, I recommend tasting 1 frenh fry prior to leaving the drive thru window. It's hit or miss if you get hot French fries at any fast food drive thru. I will hand back my fries if they are not hot, and they will happily bring you more.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I encountered when attempting to report a serious matter at your establishment. On December 4, 2024, I called your Burlington, Washington McDonald's location to expose an employee working under false pretenses.

The individual in question is using the fake name "Sophia" and a fake social security number to work. Her real name is Oceguera Aguilera Carolina, and she is only 17 years old. She is white, around 5'7" to 5'8", and chubby she’s attends MVHS Wa. This situation is not only fraudulent but also illegal.

When I first called, I stated, "I’m here to expose someone's real identity," but the person who answered hung up on me. I called again and said, "Hey, I’m here to expose Sophia’s real name," but once again, the call was abruptly ended. This suggests that the person answering the phone might be a friend of the individual in question, further complicating the matter.

I am deeply concerned about the lack of response to such a serious issue and hope that immediate action will be taken to address this fraudulent activity.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
