I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I encountered when attempting to report a serious matter at your establishment. On December 4, 2024, I called your Burlington, Washington McDonald's location to expose an employee working under false pretenses.
The individual in question is using the fake name "Sophia" and a fake social security number to work. Her real name is Oceguera Aguilera Carolina, and she is only 17 years old. She is white, around 5'7" to 5'8", and chubby she’s attends MVHS Wa. This situation is not only fraudulent but also illegal.
When I first called, I stated, "I’m here to expose someone's real identity," but the person who answered hung up on me. I called again and said, "Hey, I’m here to expose Sophia’s real name," but once again, the call was abruptly ended. This suggests that the person answering the phone might be a friend of the individual in question, further complicating the matter.
I am deeply concerned about the lack of response to such a serious issue and hope that immediate action will be taken to address this fraudulent activity.

I ordered a coffee with two cream and two sugars, they forgot the add the cream, so by the time I drove back my coffee was cold, I requested for a new coffee, instead I was given new cream which was useless because my coffee was already cold, and the customer service was horrible, nobody took accountability and tried to blame us. Overall the experience was horrible.

What other order requires giving a code? None! Mobile only! That's it! That's all. Pretty simple. If I give a code why are you asking if it's a mobile order? Stop wasting people's time & energy. Uber/doordash doesn't have codes. What other instances is a mcdonalds getting a code from a customer? Please enlighten me. Or are you that hard up for any kind of human interaction even stupid ass questions aren't off limits in your desperate attempt. It's like dealing with toddlers that will do anything for attention even if it's negative. Than my coffee was only 3/4 of the water filled & I didn't ask for room for cream or ice. I guess that's room for your errors.
Really like the app! Great deals. On our recent visit, we ordered 13 burgers for our family, and got shorted one (a fifty cent burger, since it was national Burger day) the manager was pretty rude, and implied that we were trying to steal a burger. Asked to look at everybody's receipts. It ended up, a worker had made a mistake and didn't put the burger on the counter. The manager really soured the visit. I find myself hoping she isn't working next time we visit :(

We came here for a ‘quick’ bite to eat after travelling. Ordered, settled in to wait for our food. We waited over 20 minutes. My husband went to inquire what was taking so long and if it was going to be done soon. He was told it was almost ready but we could see nothing else was done. He requested a refund as we had perishables in our car. The worker ripped the receipt out of his hand and silently issued a refund. Many others were also seeming to have issues and were also being treated rudely. Not fast food…
