Good atmosphere and friendly staff! But dont come here if you want a good Italian meal. Sure, there's bulk and the menu is simple and straightforward. But if you're looking for punchy flavors and quality pasta, probably best steer clear...

Went in for the all you can eat pasta, $2 more than advertised on tv. Next day I woke up with food poisoning. Didn’t eat anything else but Olive Garden, all day. Must of been the chicken or meatballs.

We came from British Columbia and absolutely love the atmosphere, the servers were fantastic and the food was so good. Unlimited soup or salad and my steak was cooked perfectly. The 5 of us, 2 families, were equally impressed with everything.

What a crazy value in the days of crazy prices. 100% recommendation.

This is more about the franchise than this restaurant. This restaurant in particular is fine and always has been. I put any sort of decline squarely to blame on the main company itself because it has gradually decreased the quality over the years, and the experience has degradee. The menu has become so boring.

Consistently good but not fancy, come as you are..!!
The salad and breadsticks are great.!
I usually go there about once or twice a month. A comfortable and reliable restaurant. Very friendly employees also.
(It is somewhat overpriced, just like every other restaurant in 2025).
Try to get a seat in the bar if you do not enjoy screaming kids...!

2 people lunch, $62. The salad had 2 and 1/2 black olives lol....the name of the restaurant is OLIVE garden. We had no alcohol drinks, only tea and hot tea. I will never go back to olive garden....EVER! This isn't a complaint against this particular restaurant as I'm sure it's all Olive gardens. His was my 1st time in 10 years to visit Olive garden (we came in on vacation). Our server asked me if I wanted the lunch or dinner portion of my meal, I said lunch. Got the bill and it was 22.50 for my meal. I called her over and she informed me there was no lunch portion only dinner. Whatever. There are WAY better italian restaurants in the area to give your $$$ to other than a corporate chain.

Go elsewhere.

Services are good. Staffs are very friendly. The environment is excellent with good atmosphere. Just a little bit comment on food, i feel a bit salty to me but it is still good overall.

Sometimes all it takes is one bad service that will ruin it for you!

My kids wanted to go to Olive Garden for their birthday so sure, let’s go.
As crowded as it was, we were seated fairly quickly. Was lucky to be seated in a not so busy/crowded area.
It took a decent amount of time for our waiter to come and when he did come, he came like he didn’t want to be there. Fine, but don’t display that to the customers! His demeanor was not it like he didn’t want to serve us and it showed throughout the night. It got to the point to where I was asking other servers to assist because ours continued to walk past us as if he forgot we were his table.
At the end of the meal my kids asked for a birthday dessert, since they offer it.
I have twins that asked for two different things, he told us to order it through the table tablet. I just looked at him then he proceeds to go and bring one of the two requested items. I was over him and his “poor customer service” skills…

Overall
The place was ok, food was ok and bathrooms were ok.
Service was TERRIBLE…

Completely terrible experience. I had to repeat my order 4 times over the phone. I had such a bad feeling about the order that I almost decided to cancel. When I got home and opened it. I had noodles and and tomato paste instead of fettuccine alfredo. Everything was so bland and undercooked. I can't believe this place hasn't closed down. Completely terrable from beginning to end.
