Food was good, not quite what was ordered, but it was good. Everyone was pleasant and the place was clean. Was supposed to be bacon Mac and cheese, but was given plain, requested sandwich to be heated but it was not.

I ordered a bread bowl with Broccoli Cheddar Soup online and picked up in the drive-thru. I guess they were out of those items because I received Mac & Cheese and a Chicken Pesto Piccata Dipper without being told. I didn’t see that the order was wrong till I had driven home to Oak Harbor. Really disappointing :(

June 7th my husband drove to Burlington location drive thru, he ordered French onion soup and Mac and cheese with bacon, brought it home, and there was no bacon in his order and French onion soup only had broth and some onions... Yuk!!!! Where's the cheese and the bread in it!? Anyway we called the company manager offered to mail a voucher. Good manager but my goodness young people at jobs need to want to do their jobs with the Spirit of excellence care about your job, your future depends on it.... Also this is my first time going here, it was years ago I was in a Panera bread in southeastern Wisconsin... update we received a voucher we went in and ate there customer service was over the top fantastic and food was delicious

I went there to grab some breakfast this morning. The girl behind the counter could not answer a single question I had about anything. She didn’t know if I could just get a cup of ice water with my meal or if I had to buy a bottle of it . She didn’t know the price of a special, the food was mediocre and it’s expensive.
I like the cookies and the soup. Very busy shopping center. Parking lot gets crazy

The food and service was good. The problem i had was the used silverware, it was all sitting in a bin. Makes me wonder how long has all that dirty silverware been sitting in that bin and i used a soup spoon before i knew all the dirty silverware was sitting in a bin all together. If i go to a Panera bread again ill make sure to bring some plastic disposable spoons and forks with me.

I went through the drive through. Ordered a cup of soup. It took forever to get. It wasn't spectacular, especially for $8 with tax. I won't be going back.
