The Vegan Poke Bowl is an amazing build your own. The staff was very helpful pointing out every vegan ingredient and everything was delicious and pretty! Their kimchi is the freshest stuff I'd tasted at an Asian restaurant, and we came all the way back to have their gyōza ramen 🍜 and tempura tofu. Now I desperately wish my poke restaurant by home could have vegan options as awesome as these!

This is the best value of food I’ve seen since Covid inflation. Seriously it’s great. And the guy who I always see working there is awesome. He always comes out of the kitchen and checks with everyone to make sure everyone has water and is happy.
There’s tons of options and they all taste good. It’s a cool place, super happy to find it as I’ve been disappointed by so many restaurants since Covid.
My only suggestion is to mute the cotton candy machine. That thing is honestly annoying.
Vegetarian options: You can build your own bowl and there’s tons of options including tofu.
Dietary restrictions: Anything other than religious restrictions can be kept there.
Parking: Easy and free

Outstanding quality and taste. Unlike many poke bowls nowadays, this one was full of ingredients and almost had me wondering if I had enough rice. It's a nice, and rare problem to have. The salmon was excellent, as were all the ingredients. Totally surprised at the overall quality and taste. The store is also really cute inside, and the service was super friendly.
Probably my favorite poke experience ever. I used to live in a building in Seattle that had a poke store in it, where they cut all the fish in house and took painstaking details with each bowl, and this place was just as good if not better. And in today's economy, the prices are a great value for the quality you get.
