Doesn’t really feel like staff cares at this Red Robin.
Took a really long time for anyone to acknowledge us at the door, along with greetings at the table. received food but no silverware or napkins. A lot of chaos in the kitchen. Our server was super friendly and nice. Meals were not made to order. All and all kinda sad in there :(

We went for veterans day to get the burger meal deal for my husband and I chose appetizers for my meal. The food was so mid. But the service was beyond excellent! Our server was one of 3 all day and she was telling us she started her shift at 8 am and hadn't had any break yet (it was almost 5pm). However she happily served us and was very efficient.

Come on first of all what is in my
Mayo?? How nasty! Then I get what appears to be leftover gross looking fries. You would Never serve that in person!! Im paying more and at home and Its the worst service ever.

Over cooked and greasy chicken sandwiches.
Zucchini arrived over cooked and cold.
Fries tasted like they were fried in old oil.
Left oily film in mouth.
Will not be returning.

Walked in..no host stand. I waited there a few minutes without acknowledgment so I decided to seat myself in the bar. I waited 10 minutes without any sort of acknowledgment by staff. Staff walked by and ignored me multiple times. I guess there’s a reason this place is empty on a weekend night at 6. Boooooooooooooo. There’s plenty other places to eat and plenty of server’s who care about making money elsewhere. It would be less embarrassing if they were busy but this place was a ghost town. This place might be good if you’re cold and need a place to stay warm. They won’t even notice you.

Food was Mid. Fries were old. The people in the kitchen were playing their music super loud. It was like trap music where kids could potentially hear it.

Go to McDonald's instead.

I am a regular customer at this restaurant, and I also pick up DoorDash orders occasionally.

However, today at around 3:45 PM, one of the servers (her name is Jan) was extremely rude. I usually wait outside in the designated pickup area for orders, but today no one came out for a long time, so I stepped inside briefly to get the staff’s attention.

When Jan saw me, I told her I was there to pick up an order. Her reaction surprised me. She beckoned me over with her finger in a very rude manner, and with an impatient tone said, “It’s not ready; you can sit and wait.” I wasn’t offended by what she said, but I felt very disrespected by the way she spoke to me.

I even called her out on the way she was talking to me, and she responded with an “OK” in a dismissive, I-don’t-care attitude. Because of that, I asked for her name so I could write a review instead.

I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or was tired, but if that’s the case, she may need a break—or at least should be more mindful of her attitude while wearing a Red Robin uniform.

Appetizers were good, fries were delicious as usual.

I don't know what is wrong with this place, but they literally get their orders wrong every single time I get takeout here. There's always something missing, substitutions wrong, or the food quality is just trash. Please do better.

It's sad that the only red robin in Washington that gives you fries while you wait for your meal is going to be demolished for a fast food joint.

Our server was excellent (group meeting for lunch) even though she seemed to be the only server on duty. Food was good, service was great.
