Signature cocktails were great. We shared the jalapeño popper sandwich and it was great. Services was excellent. Highly recommend.

Speakeasy Saloon offers a creative and must-experience concept where getting inside is part of the fun. The incredible vibe inside is dimly lit with soft music and stylish decor, perfect for a date night or a celebration. The cocktail menu offers a wide variety of spot-on options. While the food menu has many good options, some dishes are fantastic, like the chorizo clams, Smashburger, fried jalapeño chicken burger with rosemary fries, and the Skagit brussels. The peppercorn sauce on the steak poutine had the right amount of kick. However, other items can be a disappointment, such as the devil eggs with too much liquid smoke, rock hard whipped brown butter, and the brussels accompanying the pork chop which were meh. Service was excellent, though water refills would have been nice. It is a gem and well worth trying for the all-around experience.
