Extremely frustrated with the interactions I had today, which was resolved immediately at the next location down the road. I explained the situation to the barista who gladly helped me and, she too, was also surprised at my experience and thought it was ridiculous as well.

This manager named Ian didn't honor the price on a clearance cup. I tried to tell him that honoring that price would be good and a gesture to be recognized as Starbucks policy. This is a cooperate store not a franchise but he still didn't honor the price listed on the sticker . He's not manager material and not good for business. Perhaps he's not good with indigenous patrons, it seemed like he couldn't honor a sale .

$75,000 new sink and hand dryer (that blows into the sink - GROSS!) sounds like a jet engine and ruins a nice relaxing experience. Also baristas are subjected to it all day and they can’t hear well while taking orders. Please put a door on the opening so I don’t have to be a part of everyone’s bathroom trip…
The drive-thru people are an amazing group. They help suggest a larger size or try a new flavor. Also, I do enjoy a cheese danish or a grilled cheese sandwich is super nummy.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking as well as regular parking. There is a new WECU cash machine.

Stopover on a road trip for a quick bite and coffee. Did a mobile order picking up in store. Food was warm and ready fast, but my drink came in about 10 minutes late and I had to ask about my mobile order before the barista got one for me. Overall everything was good and clean. The barista should make the mobile order drink right away and not until they were asked about their drink.
Parking: About 12 parking spaces for Starbucks and Subway patrons adjacent to a gas stations. Otherwise park right across the street for park and ride.
