Just a horrible experience piss poor attitude acting as if you're bothering them by ordering food
How? Like how can you make subway this bad. I just don’t get it. The bread tasted awful, I have no clue how as it comes frozen. Just crazy how bad it was.
They never answer the phone. All items not available to get on mobile order. So if you like the Italian bmt. You are out of luck
Very bad sandwich the bread was stale and ingredients tasted like rubber, disappointing service the guy had a heavy accent couldn’t make out what he was trying to say.

First, I tried ordering online because they had a good deal on the website, but it would never place the order. So I went into the store, they wouldn't honor that coupon in store. I ordered a 6 inch, they made a 12, it was a steak and cheese, it was not heated long enough to make it room temperature but still cold to the touch. When I spend restaurant prices for a sandwich, I expect it to be at least decent. But apparently, that was too much to hope for.
It's not just that one employee, it's what they are training them to do and has happened repeatedly. For the same price, I could have gone to a local restaurant and had a good sandwich with fries, that's thats what I will do next time because I am done with Subway.

Just tried to eat here. The sign says open but my partner and another gentleman went in to order and were told that the worker was on an hour break.

What a rip off. I've been going here for 12 years loyally as i work just 5 min away. I will NOT be going back. First , the store was empty at lunchtime for the first time ever!! That's when i felt something was off. The ingredients looked old and horrible like they have been sitting out overnight due to lack of sales. The bread for a foot long was soo thin and narrow. I couldn't make out a word the server was saying due to his accent. $30 bucks for two weak small tiny sandwiches which he then charged me the upgrade price which my sandwiches were the basic usual. While making my sandwich i noticed my bread was torn in half and i asked him why is he serving me this. He looked confused and i let it go. i then asked if there were new owners and he and coworker stated no at first then asked why . I reminded him I've been coming here for 12 years and have NEVER been disappointed. He then stated yes , new owners.
DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!!! Seriously!!!

I went in for lunch, there was a short line only 2 people. I stood there for almost 20 min watching the kid behind the counter move as slow as I have ever seen a kitchen worker. While the manager did inventory in the coke cooler.
No sense of urgency, no desire to make the customers time there pleasant even.
To sum this all up, if you want subway take the time to drive to a different location. Bellingham and back might be quicker
Everything was fresh! And the gentleman was very nice and patient!

I love subway! But seriously!! Ordered online a beautiful salad, over 10 dollars... and yet was given 3 peices of baby spinach, about 10 thin sliced water lettuce, and 2 peices of bacon, UNCOOKED! AND THEN A HALF SLICE OF SLIMY CHEESE! No dressing either! The new pretzels... think twice, DQ chewy ones are better! And that is not great itself! Then the owner and workers hardly speak English, not Spanish either. So trying to explain the problem or contact a manager, forget about it. I have worked at subway in oakharbor in my teen years, and this is ran with the least amount of cleanliness I have ever seen. I TRIED to go to a birlington one that is near cook road freeway, and it's owned and managed by the same people! Same outcome! Only good I can say, is if your watching them make a sandwich, and your willing to speak up and watch closely, then it's very hard for them to screw it up. Very sad as I enjoy a good subway sandwich now and then. Which means one less option for me in this already small town choices. We really need management for all our small town fast food places to step up and put forth better effort to provide at least decent production of the food offered. We have such potential here is sedro woolley, yet many of our chains fall extremely short! Out of specific options, not offering wide spread offers that are matching commercials and such. And clean areas with good food put forth. That would be my suggestions to both subway as well as the other fast food choices here.
