There is a severe lack of training for new employees on not only food prep but also how to handle situations. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get food when there isn't a line. One of the oddest situations I've been a part of. I'd love for a manager to reach out so I can discuss and help.

Showed up at 1130am and they were closed even tho their hours were posted for 8am to late into the evening.
The chubby white girl at the front is unbelievably rude. We were terrified by her and stunned by the way she treaded us. If I would heard about how a service provider in these days treats customers, I wouldn’t have believed it. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She literally kicked us out of the store because we objected to her for the reason why she was using her hands and not the scoop!!!! She kicked us out and threatened that that she would call the police if we won’t leave. Since she hasn’t got fired yet, she must be the wiener. Otherwise one could not be so rude and aggressive. Don’t waist your time going here!

The employee was friendly and courteous, but that's the Only positive I can say. It was filthy inside- we passed tables with food and garbage and also on surrounding floor. The bins of food were a mess, several of which were empty. The employee told us they were out of pepperoni and he wasn't taught how to use the fancy new meat cutter so he wasn't able to cut more for us. The owners names are on a plaque that sits proudly on the counter. Pretty sure the owners would have walked out if they had the same experience we had. It was disgusting!

We use subway a lot while we are traveling , this one was the worst of all pits , we walked in and no person was at the counter waited 15 minutes until I went into the back to find someone and was told me it will a minute, so more people walked in and still waited , the dining room was filthy and no customers. Then finally another young woman came out to start taking orders she told us the soda machine didn’t work , when you look into the food case everything was either empty or filthy . None the we and about five others left. Staff had a bad attitude also .

If you want fast food, avoid this place. They don't hear(listen) very well. Asked for light sauce, they doused it in the wrong one(see pic). Offered to remake it, but didn't have the time to wait around for them to screw it up again. Better to just go some place else. They were nice and the place was clean though, so they had that going for them.
