This review is for all 5 subways in Mount Vernon and Burlington. They are all owned by the same man named Vic. I used to be a such a regular customer but his management and customer service is more than sad. I am a reasonable person with reasonable expectations. I was misled, ignored, sent on a merry go round just to get a response to my concern. I was dismissed, and was told I would be contacted but never happened. The indifference speaks volumes to a customer's insignificance. You can learn this the hard way by going there. I have nothing to gain here but treating you the way I would have wanted to be treated.

The gentlemen working were super nice! Even the guy training was really nice! They didn't overcharge for the food and it was fresh and delicious!
Sandwiches were good but the store was dirty. Its very slow service and usually only one person behind the counter. So pricy even with coupons, come in subway be better. It was only a few dollars different in cost for 2 adults 2 children than a full buffet with steak and seafood. That's just crazy.
