Website states Burlington location is open daily at 9 AM! Door states store opens daily at 9 AM! I'm curious on exactly what days this applies to? I have been there at different times between 10AM and noon, door is locked, nobody is in sight nor answers phone.

This review is for all 5 subways in Mount Vernon and Burlington. They are all owned by the same man named Vic. I used to be a such a regular customer but his management and customer service is more than sad. I am a reasonable person with reasonable expectations. I was misled, ignored, sent on a merry go round just to get a response to my concern. I was dismissed, and was told I would be contacted but never happened. The indifference speaks volumes to a customer's insignificance. You can learn this the hard way by going there. I have nothing to gain here but treating you the way I would have wanted to be treated.
