This location doesn't offer the Veterans Day free 6 inch sub that subway corporate advertises. I realize it's a franchise but maybe don't have corporate advertise it if it's not really something most locations are going to offer. Or get a better franchise, maybe one that serves real bread.
Love the food, and the workers are always nice. I love sharing a small conversation with them. 10/10

Different experience than I’ve ever had going to subway, the works actually cared about the quality of the food they were putting on, proportions were done right, the staff was very friendly! Definitely will make the drive to get subway from this location. Keep up the good work you guys, wish I had more than a 5$ tip to give ya!
My mother spent 2 hours trying to order sandwiches for us through the app this afternoon, but the app/website kept deleting her cart and order before she could confirm it. I even tried to access the account for her to input what I wanted, but when she opened the app again, it was gone. I talked her through my part of the order, she put it in, then after adding her own food, it all disappeared again.
By the time she was in this store's parking lot, she had tried to order our food several times. She went inside to inform the employee/manager of the issue, and found that he barely spoke English. He proceeded to speak to another employee in another language who was even LESS clear when he spoke, and he told her "If you want your food ahead of time, you need to order on the app". She told him again that she tried to, but the app was broken.
She dismissed the issue since she was already in the store, and asked if they had cookies in stock, since that was part of our order. The men said yes, they had cookies available. She proceeded to order our sandwiches AGAIN, and when it came to mine, they kept asking her unclear questions about the chicken flatbread. She asked several times for them to slow down because she can't understand thick accents well on account of her hearing. After multiple attempts to understand, she told them to just do whatever they needed to do.
At checkout, she asked them if they would be able to honor the 20% discount she was entitled to through the app, since the app was broken and had forced her to come in anyway. The employee said yes, they would be able to honor it. She said okay, and reminded them to include the cookies. The employee then told her they did NOT have cookies in stock, and it would take an hour to make them. This is despite having told her just 3 minutes earlier that they had cookies available.
She was upset, but at that point just wanted to leave. He said her total, and she asked if that was with or without the 20% discount that he said he could honor. The employee said she'd have to order online to get that discount.
They also did not mark ANY of the sandwiches.
So to summarize:
The app is broken.
This store has people who cannot speak clearly working the front.
The employees lied about having cookies.
The employees also lied about being able to honor the discount that was requested due to the app being broken.
They did not label the sandwiches.
Overall, this Subway humiliated my mother in front of a group of customers and caused unnecessary stress. They did not honor what they said they would honor, and my mother came home in angry tears.

Just went in and recived no greeting only a look of annoyance that another customer was entering the store. The lady who was behind the counter with a cast and Sling on her arm sighed exasperatedly that I wanted 3 footlongs, she couldn't cut the bread, she tossed the meat and vegetables on willy nilly, all the meat and cheese fell over to one side. I asked her if she could fix the meat and she said that's the best she can do. She asked why I had a attitude. I had a attitude because she had one, having a bad attitude rubs off on people.. treat people how you want to be treated. If you can't do your job, don't come in. It's not my fault if you've had a long bad day. You work in customer service. Your choice. If you cant greet people and do your job without sighing and making a big deal about how you can't do your job, it shouldn't be your job. Never going back into this Subway.

I was treated awful by a young boy with long brown hair, wearing a beanie and itching his face with his arm over the food. He honestly had a bad attitude from the second I walked in acting like I was inconveniencing him. He had to ask for help from a fellow employee to close my sandwich and I overheard him say “She got EVERYTHING on it!” along with some other rude comments. I ordered a Turkey sandwich with all the vegetables! I’m sure I’m not the only one that has ever ordered that. After she started helping kindly and not saying one rude thing (ignoring him), he continued to mock my sandwich choice. Seriously dude?! This is 2023. Kindness works wonders. You obviously shouldn’t be working around people or with sandwiches apparently. I’ve ordered the same thing at least 15 times from other Subways and they’ve never had an issue. I’m a mother of four (two teenagers) and my kids would never treat someone that way. Learn some manners! I hope you’re fired and have the chance to grow up.

What a terrible sandwich shop! We stopped for lunch and were surprised how expensive everything was. Additionally, a sign stated that no cupons would be honored. We ordered the combination specials for one adult and three children only to find out later that we were charged full price for the drinks. We asked the two young men to explain why the bill was $66.00 and they answered "we don't know. That's how it rings up." The sandwiches just don't compare to much better ones at Quiznos!
