Best Mexican food in both counties!! For the most part they are consistent every time. I've been going here for years, my family and I all love the food! I would highly recommend this location, that outdoor seating is wonderful, and the food is delicious. I'm partial to the tacos myself as they are the most similar to the tacos that I grew up with in Cali.

The food is always great, but the woman that takes my order is rude every single time and has not made what I ask for, the way I ask for it a single time (however, it's still delicious). I know you're probably thinking, "why go back there?" And the answer, is because it's the closest place to me that has the best tasting tacos. But, the last customer service experience there will now have me making the extra few minutes drive to a place with great food AND great customer service.EDIT: this was at the Burlington location near the highschool.EDIT #2. 6 years later, I'm changing my review because the food here is still incredible, and they've built an actual restaurant with new staff. Checked it out when they first finished the new place, and have been back many times since.
I've been here a couple of times and gotten the fish burrito. I'm a pescetarian so the only meat I eat is fish. I decided to try the fish tacos because I realized some Mexican restaurants use lard in their refried beans. Sadly I got home to find steak chunks in every one of my fish tacos. My girlfriend does eat meat and said the carne asada burrito was the best she's had in Washington. I would not recommend eating here if you're vegetarian or pescetarian unfortunately.
I would rate this place six stars if I could. It was *PERFECT*. ACTUALLY perfect! ?

I live 5 hours away on the other side of the state and come home from college to always always stop by here. I've yet to try anything bad from here and I try to get a new thing every time I go. Staff are always friendly, but it sometimes can be crowded and a lil overstimulating but that goes with any restaurant and just means its a popular pick. Theres a good reason why!Dietary restrictions: My mom has celiacs and loves the carne asada fries!Parking: Parking can be a lil crowded but have always found a spot in the main parking lot.
