Excellent food. Be careful about how much you order, because the Total bill will be expensive

Water Tank Bakery is worth the drive. Everyone here is so nice with friendly smiles. Reminds us of being back home in Texas.
Truly a hidden gem. They're tucked away from all of the busyness. We always go for the cardamom almond coffeecake, but this time we were lucky and got Challah bread too. Fresh out of the oven....... Chef's Kiss! We even got to see everyone in action making bread for the weekend. What a treat!
Everything is always fresh and delicious! ❤🤠

Great little bakery with friendly staff. They're serving their food at Garden Path Fermentation and we've loved it so far. They also have awesome hamburger buns!
Great cookies and breads!
I just happened to find this Water Tank Bakery by curiosity of the sandwich board that said fresh bread. I am so glad I followed the signs and found the most delicious bread and cookies! So far my favorite is the onion loaf, the molasses cookies and the ginger cake with chocolate ganache.
Grabbed a raisin walnut bread.. super good.
A limited array of delicious baked goods sold from a simple walk up window.
I love being able to just walk up to the window and order. Great selection of bread and reasonable for the quality.

The bread is amazing! Gotta pick up a loaf every week! And the owner is so nice- had such a good experience here
I picked up their granola at a local farm stand, and it is the first granola I have ever loved!! Headed to the bakery today to check out all their products!!!
?????? Can't afford gloves. I've never been here. But after seeing your pictures of you making bread without gloves, I will pass.
You kneading dough bare hands puts impurities in the food. Skin, oil from skin, and all the dirt under your fingernails!

A hole in the wall (literally) with absolutely delicious baked goods. I haven't tried anything yet that wasn't wonderful, but I'm going to keep trying.
