This hidden gem is a treat to stop by whenever we're in the area. Love the wholesome, healthy ingredients! Excellent customer service as well!
Great little bakery with friendly staff. They're serving their food at Garden Path Fermentation and we've loved it so far. They also have awesome hamburger buns!
Great cookies and breads!
I just happened to find this Water Tank Bakery by curiosity of the sandwich board that said fresh bread. I am so glad I followed the signs and found the most delicious bread and cookies! So far my favorite is the onion loaf, the molasses cookies and the ginger cake with chocolate ganache.
Grabbed a raisin walnut bread.. super good.
A limited array of delicious baked goods sold from a simple walk up window.
I love being able to just walk up to the window and order. Great selection of bread and reasonable for the quality.

The bread is amazing! Gotta pick up a loaf every week! And the owner is so nice- had such a good experience here
I picked up their granola at a local farm stand, and it is the first granola I have ever loved!! Headed to the bakery today to check out all their products!!!

?????? Can't afford gloves. I've never been here. But after seeing your pictures of you making bread without gloves, I will pass.
You kneading dough bare hands puts impurities in the food. Skin, oil from skin, and all the dirt under your fingernails!

A hole in the wall (literally) with absolutely delicious baked goods. I haven't tried anything yet that wasn't wonderful, but I'm going to keep trying.

I was in the area for a class at the King Arthur Flour bread school, and popped over here for a quick visit during a break. I'm so glad I did! They had several breads and some excellent cookies, which come in bags of 4-6 depending on the cookie. I bought the oatmeal shortbread, ginger molasses, coconut almond "bee sting", and coffee toffee sandwich cookies. All were great but my favorite by far was the coffee toffee. Yum! And the breads looked so good I bought some even though I had bread from the baking class waiting for me back at the school. The person at the window was super friendly and informative about the products. The bakery has a walk-up window with a table outside. Highly recommended!

Stopped by for the first time today on Jules’ from Hedlin’s recommendation. Was greeted by Emalea, who was so warm and welcoming, and knew everything about every product. Purchased her favorite, the onion bread, which is to die for. I made herb butter with dill and parsley from Hedlin’s to go with and it was perfect. Also snagged two blueberry strudels, which were somehow STILL WARM. I definitely didn’t eat a quarter of one waiting for the light at Airport Drive and HWY 20 ?. ?????
