We just purchased several bags of cookies, Almond biscotti, and a loaf of Raisin Walnut bread. All items were great but we thought the Ginger Molasses Spice cookies were the best we ever had and we buy cookies from several great bakeries in Western Wa. The Ginger Molasses Spice should be entered in a Taste test. The pieces of crystalized ginger really stands out. Fantastic Bakery!!!! Thank you!!!!

Darling little bakery. Expensive products ($9/loaf) but made with local products and quite tasty. Walk-up window only. Friendly staff and great biscotti.

Lucky you. You've discovered a real treat.I am happy to review this place as having the best cookies first and foremost. Nothing comes close to their coffee Toffee chocolate sandwich cookies. I am so excited to try the rest and all their other perfectly baked goods. I didn't even use the buns yet but I contain zero doubt they will be a new staple. They've expanded hours but hopefully they do so again so everyone can enjoy their products more frequently.

I recently started buying bread from Water Tank at the U District farmer’s market in Seattle! The sourdough baguette is one of the best baguettes I’ve ever purchased - I thought it would last a couple days, instead we ate it all in one sitting. The onion loaf is incredible, just the right amount of crunchy, sour, dense and onion-y. Can’t wait to keep trying their whole selection.

Fantastic bread. A lot of love and care goes into their bread. Truly a lost art that has been resurrected in this little bakery. I haven't tasted bread like this in a long time. What a great treasure to have in this little valley.

Nice little bakery in Burlington. When you're driving here you'll see a few signs saying fresh bread. It'll be easy to find. It is really close the air field. They have a nice little selection of fresh bread to choose from and some cookies. Staff is friendly and parking will be easy.

OMG - I just bought a loaf of the Skagit wheat from my local co-op and I think this is the best bread I’ve had in a long time - it’s perfectly sour and has so much life - it is spongy and soft and chewy - Yumm - thank you!

Dang!! How do they do it??? So good. The shortbread melts! Better than mine. The chocolate shortbread were so decadent. And the bread barely made it home alive. So wonderful and delicious. Toothsome. I visited the store and met the chef. As well as buying from various coffee shops and the Heflin farms we had 8 packages at once. Hey ya!!! Thanks keep up the good work!

Purchased two loaves while they were selling baked goods at Gordon Skagit Pumpkin Farm. Bought the Honey Oat and Roasted Onion loaves. Both of them were super tasty even days later. We savored each slice. My favorite was the Roasted Onion heated up with some plain cream cheese- DELISH!! We enjoy supporting local small businesses and will gladly purchase from here again. Each loaf was $10 and different shape for each. There's nothing like biting into a fluffy fresh loaf of bread. We stored ours on the paper bags then placed them in plastic bags in our fridge to help maintain freshness...and boy did they stay fresh!! I couldn't get pictures before everyone dug in to the loaves.
