My family and I have ordered lots of times but our last order was not good at all. We had ordered 2 order meals and 2 sides of 5 wings each. First they combined everything together instead of putting the orders that were originally ordered. So with each family member we had to separate each out like we ordered. One order was 10 of one flavor and 5 of one and 5 of another flavor. They should have been in the box as ordered but they put all of one flavor in a box and another flavor in another box. So we had to totally separate each one out. Then flavors were not all correct and some of the flavors had not enough sauce to cover the wing. They said they would replace 1 of the meals and replace 10 of one flavor and 5 of another. I just now called to actually have it remade and they say they have to call me back in 20 min even though he read the whole order back to me. This is not good customer service and I know they get busy but when they say they will replace they say they will call me back. One picture was taken after we separated one and put in the other box. When someone pays $50 for a meal you would expect it to be decent

This is the worst wingstop location I have ever been to. Service was slow, the staff are incredibly rude, and the food was mediocre despite the long wait time. Absolutely awful experience with the miserable staff. And there was no garbage can, not sure why. Needless to say, I will never come back here again.

Ordered delivery at 6pm got a call an hour and 20 mins later that they forgot to give my dasher the second bag to my order so I needed to contact them to return for the other bag! I called the store back and they were rude, not accommodating at all on my $85 order, just threw in an extra $6 basket of corn. Didn't receive my food till 7:45! Holy smokes. feel like this place would have better reviews if the people working there had just a little more competence.

I’m Canadian and I’ve been wanting to try Wingstop for a while, I got to yesterday and the food was pricey but good! It was a 20-30+ minute wait though and they weren’t a lot of seats.
Dietary restrictions: There are some vegetarian and vegan options but most of the food is animal products specifically chicken
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, saw a lot of families
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the most accessible for wheelchair users
We have ordered here before and the first time was amazing but tonight we ordered and look at the amount of sauce on the wings! There’s barely any sauce and we can’t even taste the flavors! The garlic parm is literally just sprinkled with shredded Parmesan and no flavor… Everytime I have Wingstop the wings are drowning in sauce so I’m not sure what happened this time?? We had Hawaiian, spicy Korean Q, garlic parm, and hot honey dry rub.

I love walking into here for a takeout and see no one in the kitchen at all. Isn't the point to cut the wait time. They were all literally hanging out in the back chatting and flirting.. it happens every time. Not going here ever again.
