We were getting two foot longs and it took almost 30 minutes… they were trying to do multiple orders at once and skipped my wife in line. It was hectic!The lady gave us a couples free cookies though.

There was a line when I went in but that wasn't a problem. The boy behind the counter was very chatty and definitely taking his time. Still no problem. Then found out he had a called-in order he had to fix before he helped me. I asked him how many orders he was going to do before he waited on me. I was just trying to see how much longer I would be waiting. I am hearing impaired and tend to have a loud voice. He told me I was yelling at him and he wouldn't wait on me at all and I was to leave the store. I was shocked. He was obviously overwhelmed and I told him so. I also had a choice comment for him when I left. Obviously I will never be going back there. The food isn't that good and as you can see, the service is even worse.

Don't bother. They are always out of bread or closed during posted business hours. Today I was there at 11am and they had the door locked. No signs and two people behind the counter. I called and she said they would open in 45 mins.

One male employee with hair down past shoulders did not have it contained. His hair looked clean but as he made sandwiches ? his hair was way close to the food containers and the sandwich he was making. He did have a sunviser type band on but it didn't contain his long hair . If you see long haired employees not tying their hair back , walk away . It is against food handlers permits and they should know better . This is true in any food service.

The guy making my sandwich only filled half my sandwich with cheese and even though I was first there, they prioritized some other chick who walked in, even heating her sandwich before mine bed the guy was going so slow, really felt like a priority, thank you subway, neck yourself. The ambiance was dead, no one said a word, if I could give this store a 0 and beg the ceo to close it because everyone who works there don't treat it like a job

Older female employee was proudly claiming she hadn’t been vaccinated against Covid 19 and said “she wouldn’t be a guinea pig” and that “bill gates was trying to change people’s dna with microchips in their arm.” not going to continue patronizing this establishment if this is permitted behavior. Wacky stuff

Ordered 2 subs, one with double meat. This was as usual. Got home sandwich was not double meat and when I bite into it, a 10" hair came out. I took the other sandwich in and explained, because I didn't run right back, they won't refund. Tried calling their number and no answer. I am handicapped and could not come back. They were rude, and wouldn't give a refund and asked me to leave.

This store is always out of bread! How in the heck does this happen on the regular at a sandwich place? Do you not know when to make new? Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches at approx. 5:30 pm and I was told they wouldn't be ready until 7:30 pm ( yes 2 hours later!) b/c they ran out of bread. I had to decide on waiting and was told to call them back, but guess, what ...when I tried to call the store, the voicemail was full and the phone didn't even ring! WTH? This voicemail was also full over a year ago when I tried to call back after getting the wrong sandwich. When asked about this at the store, they told me they don't know how to clear the voicemail. I mean at this point, it's either pure incompetence or just a complete lack of care for the customer experience or maybe both. Regarding the constant being out of bread, (again a joke for a sandwich place) I provided this feedback to the manager within the last two weeks and she just wanted to offer free coupons and apparently do nothing to address it because here we are again. When I picked up the sandwiches last night, there wasn't even an apology. I'll be avoiding this Subway for a while because they don't care about their customer's experiences, which is disappointing because we love Subway so much and have never had this issue anywhere else. .. hopefully one day they'll get it.

Walked out yesterday after the only staff member was visibly standing in the back on her cell phone. Came out after a couple minutes (no apology for keeping 3 people waiting), DIDN'T BOTHER TO WASH HER HANDS, simply just put gloves on and started making the customers sandwich. The guys wife came in, asked to use the restroom to wash her hands and was told no. The worker then adjusted her mask with her gloved hand and continued to put veggies on his sandwich. At this point we walked out.I DEFINITELY will never eat here again. Way too many covid precautions ignored....

I ordered online and when I got there my food was still not done. Went next door to the IGA to grab some items and walked back out to my car to drop off my groceries and went back into subway . My food was still not done.The young kid was in the back. I asked for the manager #and was told they couldn't give it out. Very poor service and will not be returning to this subway again.
