I had the champiñones burrito. Great texture. An almost smokey taste. Friendly service and fun dining area.

Had the Ay Caray Champinones and Cornnin a Cup: Flavorful, fresh, and friendly service. What more can I say? Can't wait to try more off their menu.

Mark off sold out items on the menu please! I lost my place in line multiple times because I had to mind my kid on the playground. The man saw me lost my spot multiple times and said nothing. I finally get up there and the item I wanted was sold out. He wasn’t even apologetic. He just said “okay.” Waste of time.

These tacos absolutely blew us away. We got two birria, one chicken, and one villamelon. We both commented how good they were as soon as we started eating. They were seasoned well and so good that I instantly regretted not ordering four or five.
The birria was our favorite. My wife said the chicken was very good. I really loved the villamelon as well. It had a great crispy texture. I told my wife, next time we come to the area, I’m getting like five of those tacos.
The workers were very kind and the service was fast. Cannot wait to get more already!

Had the Bowl with the Tinga chicken and a side of chips and guacamole. Everything was fresh and very well seasoned! I loved the pickled onions in the bowl, and the service was super fast and friendly! Highly recommend these guys. Please give them a try and don’t let a couple negative reviews sway you. This place is legit!!

Not really any reason to get these tacos - no flavor or spice, just some chopped up dry meat in a tortilla. The mole sauce didn't really taste like mole. There wasn't even any lettuce, lime or onions; I think they forgot to finish our order.
The people at this cart are so nice but unfortunately the flavor is not there. We ordered the Birria fries and the fries came cold, despite them making them right in front of me. The cheese didn’t melt on the fries so they were unfortunately flavorless since the meat was under seasoned as well. The street corn, rice, and beans were great! But then unfortunately all of the tacos were flavorless and the meat was dry. Would not recommend.

Disappointed. This place could be so much better if they just seasoned their food properly. A little salt would go a long way. My tacos majorly lacked flavor. Honestly the chips and guacamole were the only things I enjoyed. Considering how small the tacos are for the price you really need to get those flavors dialed in. Also with another Mexican food cart and the popular Birrieria PDX cart coming soon they are going to need to step up their game.

Tacos are really delicious, but $4 for individual street tacos is just way too expensive (esp. for non-beef options).

Ah Caray! is a quality food cart. Even though it just opened, you can tell they're committed to excellence. The ingredients are fresh and the tacos don't look slammed together. I had three: carnitas, beef birria and villamelon (asada steak). The clear winner was the villamelon. It had more flavor and great texture. I won't bother with the others next time. Being $4 each I figured they'd be a good size, but they're very small. Price is the one drawback of Ah Caray! They are the most expensive tacos I've had from a truck. I'm thinking a burrito might be a better value. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌?
