Ordered cheese fries and a cheese dog. My kid didn’t like it because it was spicy. I tried some of the cheese and it has some heat to it. Nothing crazy but for sure spicy. Brought it back and said he can’t eat this the cheese is spicy. Pony tail guy said “it’s not spicy.” I said yeah it is. He said no it isn’t. Then I said well he can’t eat it. Pony tail guy said “you need to ask next time.”
Sorry buddy I don’t need to ask next time because a) there don’t be another time we buy food from you and b) the standard base for cheese is not spicy. You need to advise if you have something different.
Pony tail guy grabbed the food back and looked mad. He said “I don’t like losing money” to which I retorted “neither do I.”
Sorry buddy you fried frozen French fries and cook a hot dog. Not exactly like you are a culinary wizard. Especially for $16.
Do not buy cheep food from a grumpy owner.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The guy working was so rude when we just asked if they had kid sizes. Then he was even more rude when he made the wrong flavor drinks (which was his fault because he was wearing AirPods and heard the order wrong). When we finally got the correct order, he just threw the drinks at my sister and said thanks and shut the door in her face. The boba was overcooked and too mushy. Overall terrible experience. Try Ding Tea instead.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The owner was very rude and unprofessional as he had an AirPod in his ear and I had to repeat myself multiple times. As a previous business owner, he definitely should not be at Oak Tree Station if he cannot follow the basic standards of owning a business in a family friendly community.

we have been in this place twice so far, both for boba beverages for my daughter. Although the product is OK, the service is definitely awful, staff is rude - mainly the guy with the pony tie - and they just throw the things on the counter, if they don't want to work there nobody is forcing them. This week we went there, this guy had the windows closed even though they were open, he didn't even say I'll be with you, or give me a minute, he just had us waiting until he decided to open the window to take the order, once he did he closed it again, when he finished we were waiting on the front window, but he open the side window and left our beverage there. I fail to understand how people like him works attending customers.
Terrible customer service, very rude. I’ll never come back.

My daughter and I went to try this place because our usual spot is ShareTea. I do not recommend this place. The lady that helped us was rude and the drinks weren't good. I'll continue to go to Sharetea and spend the extra money for excellent service and amazing drinks.
