EDIT***
After having the Burgerville folks reach out about my poor experience, I tried the drive-through again. The results? Very good! Since my 2 favorite items were discontinued, I had the grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious! I opted for the Rosemary Shoestring fries, and they were fantastic as well. And it was quick service, even though it was during the same lunchtime window as before. They must have just been having a bad day back in November, which happens.
Try the Rosemary Shoestring Fries!
I'm not giving a 5 solely due to the fact that the Turkey Burger and Halibut are 86'd off the menu.
I pulled in to the drive through at 1:08. Didn’t get to the menu/ordering spot until 1:14. Didn’t get my food until 1:28. 20 minutes in the drive through line is far too long. Now there is a new menu. No Turkeyburger. Figures, one of the 2 items I usually get. What? No halibut sandwich? Swell. I opted for the now named fish sandwich. It was ok-good. The fries are soggy.
I will say that Avery at the window was so nice and friendly that it salvaged the day. I was going to say something about the wait, but she was too nice.

Typical Burgerville. Childhood memories since there isn't one where I live. Had a small milkshake for breakfast with my breakfast burrito. Service was excellent!

Extremely loud, to the point of not being able to hear the counter person. Also the booth we sat in had a somewhat broken back, every time the person behind me leaned back,it would push me forward.

I haven't been to this particular bugerville in probably 25 years. It didnt look or feel 25 years old. It was clean. I had some original cheese burgers which tasted the same as the last time, and I also tried some sliders. Prices have gone up. But I still enjoy the secret sauce.

Food was deep fried. Good. I was hoping for a grilled option, but did not see one. The onion rings are large and perfect! The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere has an '50's feel - wholesome family style.

Been at this location as a young child I'm 32 now. They remodeled this location I don't know how many years back. It is just great staff is always amazing and service of course. The burgers get the hell out of here you can't beat it in and out can kiss my behind. The burgerville spread is iconic. Food is always fresh and quality is at the highest. Price is a little high but well worth it everytime. I live in the Seattle area and whenever I come back home I always hit up burgerville I love it and always miss it.

The atmosphere was great! The fries and onion rings were amazing!! The burger could use a little more flavor/seasoning.

I was so disappointed and embarrassed at what they offered and the price that’s the last time I will be going there. I was treating my grandchildren and I was really embarrassed. Nothing looks like the menu items do on the board. The price for a fish sandwich was over the top and it was awful barely any fish deep-fried way too heavy the wilted piece of lettuce and nothing else the same with my granddaughter’s children’s halibut , barely.any & way too deep fried you would not even know you were eating fish or what it was. Shame on you all for your presentation for your cooking skills and the prices are ridiculous. It’s too bad. It’s always been my favorite place. That was my first job was Burgerville and I’ve been proud of it but not anymore

I know prices are high these days, but burgers still seemed quite expensive for the size. Food was all right. Service was attentive and friendly.
We love locally BV chains. Had the seasonal asparagus which was tasty. While I like aioli sauce my dad does not. We enjoyed the indoor dining and saw there is a special space for kids—how adorable!! Service was excellent—very attentive. I enjoyed the Bliss Strawberry shake and meatless cheeseburger. Cheers!
