Ordered a #6 burger and was asked if I wanted the 1/4 or 1/2 pounder. 1/4 pounder price is shown, $8.99 plus tax. Asked the price if 1/2 pounder & it was $14.99 + tax. Yikes, $6 for a 1/4 lb more meat so stuck with the 1/4 pounder. It was tasty but gave only 2 stars due to cost.

First time here, used the drive thru, didn’t get a shake and found out later that’s what they’re known for ? but either way; good food, friendly staff, decent menu, a little pricey but what isn’t anymore. Line moved quickly. Would recommend and return.

Service was really great. My daughter got raw chicken strips though. Very raw and cold in the center. We lost our appetite and I took our order back. The lady manager took great care of the situation, immediately concerned and explained that the chicken should be arriving pre-cooked. She was in SHOCK. She refunded the order in full and offered anything else, I just took a sprite to go for my queasy stomach.I hope this was resolved internally and with corporate.My message specifically to the Burgerville employees in Camas, it’s important to ensure we are following the law regarding checking the internal food temperature, pre cooked or not… ?? this is why we check the internal temperature, period. Because this kind of thing does happen.You live and you learn, I am understanding of mistakes and I was not mean towards this establishment and was actually so embarrassed to bring the food back. But nonetheless, I won’t go back somewhere that served me raw chicken, it just leaves a really bad taste in your mouth, ya know?I will say the rest of the food was great. Although I did order a 4 pc fish n chips that only came with ONE measly slice of lemon. A little bit stingy lol.

Always loved Burgerville since I was a kid. The specialty Burgerville spread is the absolute best, so much that I buy the large container to take home for my home cooked burgers on the grill. Also the strawberry shortcake is unmatched by any fast food restaurant ever.

Poor service on the drive thru.You wait longer for your items and make sure you check the bag if everything is in there. Manager doesn't apologize for missing items in your take out bag. She just makes excuses.There's NO excuse for bad service.
Worst experience ever at this Burgerville and I won't be back. There have been issues in the past but this time I ended up throwing away almost $32 in food. My husband was in the hospital, I was tired and didn't have it in me to drive 10 miles round trip to take it

We went to the drive thru but the atmosphere there could be much better. The burgers were just how we ordered them perfect ketchup to spread ratio, the burger lasted all the way to the end of the bun. No excess of bun left over like usual. Fries were crispy and salty enough ? the only complaint if I had one was during ordering, the gal kinda argued with me over the Tea. I said ill have a fountain tea. I couldn't remember the name of it or that it was Raspberry but I knew it was the only one in the fountain. She kept saying they didn't have one in the fountain. Anyway, they do. And it's perfectly sweet with lots of ice like I like it. Overall, it was a good visit to BV for a late lunch.
