This place is a bit odd. Great location but the service, for me, has always been a bit reluctant. The last few times, I felt as if I had interrupted the employees when waiting to place an order. Today, the coffee did not taste great but other times it does. I guess it depends on who makes it.

Several women in front of me in line were greeted and served with huge smiles and then I got the most sour-faced unpleasant service. What the heck did I do? The coffee was average, no straws in sight, and they put my frape on a hot metal machine so it was warming up before I got to it. The prejudice is real here and the coffee wasnt good enough to tolerate it, I won't be supporting them and their prejudices anymore. There are too many coffee shops in the area that have better coffee and treat everyone equally.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. 35 minutes to get a breakfast panini to go as I am guessing they forgot my order. Ignored me while I waited, and then I had to remind them what I ordered and say how long it has been and then no apology or anything just handed me my sandwich. To make matters worse, it did not taste good. It was so greasy that I had to throw away the second half of it because it hurt my stomach. The cappuccino was good however.

Lovely ladies ready to take your order and a nice positive atmosphere. I didn't give it a 5 stars because their turkey and Swiss sandwich didn't taste that good. It needs tomatoes and not to be toasted with so much cheese.
