It's unfortunate that with so much competition around them, that they continue to get negative reviews. We asked for no green pepper on the BBQ Chicken and no chicken on half. Got green peppers and chicken on all of it lol
They are the only pizza place that doesn't have any parmesan or red pepper flakes that I've ever heard of.
Go to Doomsday, Domino's or Round Table. Champs Pizza won't be in business in the area for a very long time. Between poor food, wrong orders and meh customer service... it's a great recipe for business failure.
They wouldn't take a $50 on a $47 order.

They forgot the coconut on our XL Hawaiian, kinda makes the whole thing for me. Tried calling 10 times, no answer. Finally just brought it back myself. I assumed they would just comp the whole meal or at least give me a coupon. I was very disappointed in the lady behind the counter for instead offering the missing topping at the counter but the pizza is cold at this point. I said, I would rather have my money back. She wouldn’t give me the money for the delivery fee and tip back saying, “well, it was delivered”, and I responded with, “the wrong pizza…” and left quite pissed at her indifference to me having to stop my dad-daughter night to drive the pizza back to them. What is happening to this place?

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Gave a $25 tip. Hour and a half to two hours later called to see where the pizza was. Was told they would not delivery it because the drivers are only delivering for the biggest tip. $25 dollars for two miles isn’t big enough. Their pizza is always burnt anyway. We try to support our community by buying products, whether it be food or anything from businesses in our community. Some of the businesses in this community are just taking advantage of the people. I’ll never order from there again.
We have enjoyed Champ pizza for several years now. We just tried their Detroit style combo pizza and it was great. Thin crust pizza and Buffalo wings extra crispy are our go too and always great. Quick delivery too.

Champ is our go to pizza. But they have taken away a couple of our favorite items. First, the spinach/garden salad. Now, the Parmesan bites. The bites are my daughter’s favorite. Bring back the Parmesan bites!!

Ordered early to make sure my pizza was here by 5. Unfortunately, I didn't get it until 535. AND IT WAS COLD. SUCKED.

Edit post: I still love this place but it's been so inconsistent with the dough and that is my favorite part about the pizza.

I ordered my pizza and sat waiting for it with my grandson, we saw two staff members rubbing noses with their bare hands then one of those staff member’s picked her nose wiped her hands on her pants then proceed to pull pizza out, put it in a box cut it and put it in the warmer. When I saw this I let a staff member know, they remade my pizza. One staff member had gloves one, the rest didn’t wear gloves and always wiped their hands on their pants. Never washing their hands. I feel I wasted my money and will NOT order from there again!

Always pretty good pizza, just found it really odd that the restaurant doesn’t provide Parmesan and red pepper flakes anymore.

I want to give up on this place. I can never get a good pizza. I tried it twice when they opened and it tasted bland. I was told last year in the summer by someone who has recently hired that they were “hired to fix that“ and two of those pizzas were good.Ironically those two pizzas were pizzas that I did not order, they were somebody else’s that I got a taste of… So I have never received a good pizza from Champ when I pay for it.I just went back tonight for the same pepperoni and garlic pizza that I enjoyed during the summer and it is garbage again. The garlic is diced, nearly minced and 80% of it is burned/crunchy. Normally that wouldn’t be such a big deal but if it’s one of the two toppings on a pizza, that makes the whole thing taste burnt and crispy. $25 For a large burnt garlic pizza. Thanks for the rip off once again. Y’all should start giving out gift cards for the people who get your bad pizzas because this happens too often.Wasn’t attempted to be fixed over the phone or anything, just a very insincere “sorry we burnt your pizza”I would love to be happy about getting a pizza here and write a 5 star review. Don’t get me wrong, it is GREAT pizza… but only when it’s made right. And no one ever makes it right when I buy it. If you guys would like to fix it and change my opinion then please reach out. I’m not able to bring the pizza back up because I have a four-year-old who needs food and won’t wait, otherwise I’d be back to get it fixed instead of writing a review.
