My husband and I love it here! The food is so freaking delicious and one of our favorite aspects is that the place is not busy, ever. At least the times that we go, we've always have a nice peaceful time with a nice meal

Bar service was quick and attentive, the bartender did busy herself with a vendor while the kitchen was stacking up orders to be served asking for "fish on" which I guess is their way of asking for hands. Food didn't wait on the line very long, but longer than the cook was happy for if you know what I mean. Food: malt vinegar aioli is a homemade home run, fresh tasting and amazing. They should bottle it. Clam strips - nicely seasoned, but only the tiniest of bits of clam - I recommend changing vendors to get whole clams including bellies vs just digger bits. Fry's: way over salted little shoestrings. Skip em. Coleslaw: uncharacteristically way too bland and dry. Skip it too. Clam chowder - nice bits of clam, good broth, nicely seasoned and not overly thick - two different sizes/kinds of potatoes which were unevenly cooked, some mushy, some still had that nice bite. Overall - I'd recommend it, and I hope they're listening or they won't be there long.

We made a trip across town to try this place because we had read some positive reviews on another site. We were disappointed with the food, finding it to be quite greasy. We had an order of calamari and shared a combination platter. The salmon on the platter was soft and the grey matter that lies under the skin had not been removed, leaving an unpleasant taste. I did enjoy the haddock that was on the platter. I also had a Mermaid Lemonade cocktail and there was not much liquor in it for the $11price. We won't return!

Debbie is amazing!! We have such a great time and experience due to Debbie's care and attention to detail. The food... phenomenal! 10/10 recommend. If you are in Vancouver, you must visit!

This is a great replacement restaurant from the previous tenant. I really like the way they prepare and serve their seafood. There's a distinct New England vibe to their menu as I don't know of any other places in Vancouver that serve lobster. Their food is well thought out prepared Nicely and delicious. If you're in the mood for Haddick, fish and chips, a lobster roll or just a nice bowl of New England clam chowder stop by and patronize this establishment.

Batter for fish and chips is not heavy and is gluten-free. Almost everything is gluten-free, and all dressings and sauces are made from scratch Lobster mac & cheese to die for and if you're not a fish eater their hamburgers are yummy.

Lovely seafood place. Ordered the Fisherman’s Platter for two people. The batter was light and crispy and best of all, the fish was not overcooked. Absolutely loved the salmon. Shrimp was tasty and clam strips were fresh and tender. Hubby’s beef slider was so-so but what do you expect at a fish house?

The food was ok. The restaurant was cold. The waitress was lovely but we ordered two salads and an order of fries and we were ready to walk out of the restaurant because it took an hour to get our food. The waitress said the cook was new. They also forgot the fries and we had to remind them to bring them. People who came way after us got served within minutes of our order. I wouldn't eat here again.

Had a great Saturday dinner at Coast to Coast. The singer was good and the food was above average. We had excellent service and the Haddock was melt in your mouth great.Parking: Small (ish) parking lot for the number of retailers it serves.

We had the crab cakes, fried shrimp platter, and a variety of the tacos. All were fantastic, very fresh. Guinness on nitro ??. Great and quick service. Ambiance isn’t bad, could use a little updating, but we love that their prices are reasonable! We will be back.

Very slow service. Went 3 times thinking service would improve, but it was so slow I actually left without ordering the last visit.
