Been coming here for years my last experience with the food wasn’t good so I called in and was told numerous times the owner was going to be giving me a call I had to call back three times and just left it now. Paying 30$ for food that isn’t cooked even close to what it should be is uncalled to me being a paying customer and repeatley going to that location

The service was horrible, the girl at the window was on her phone and didn’t see me waiting to pay. Her customer service skills were lacking. Her words were bored and almost irritated. The food was bland and I got one of the core blizzards and everything was at the bottom, and the ice cream wasn’t mixed fully.

The restaurant appears empty most of the time, but it always seems difficult to get any attention in the front ordering area. I suspect they do a lot of drive-through business. However, they are always very polite and let me know that someone will be there for me. Once I ordered the ice cream, the whole process was pretty quick.
I like both their soft-serve with or without chocolate dip. The ice cream was quite creamy. The small size is a good size for even two people to share.

Food is generally good but service can be a bit slow and sometimes impersonal. Every time I have gone through the drive thru (which is often) you can see many people through the window just standing around, talking and almost always drinking beverages. Sometimes one will be sitting up on the counter. This back room looks more like a social hall than a place of business. If the owner doesn’t know about this then they are being ripped off. If they do then that is worse.

Three young girls working the counter playing on their phones. They all three turn their back towards me and one of them goes “help them” and this younger girl goes to the register and says to me “well what can I get for them” and I just kind of dropped my jaw and said “I had a mobile order” and she looked at me like I was crazy. I continued to stand there while the girls were swearing about their boyfriends and giving me the side eye. The girl that was “helping me” slid my things my way and turned around to play on her phone and continue gossiping. I go “um, can I get a drink carrier” (I had 4 items) and they straight up ignored me again for a solid few seconds before one of them threw one my way. What an absolute joke. I know this is fast food and probably their first job. My first job had standards, and I expect EVERY establishment to have a standard to adhere to.
We got 2 blizzards. They didn't flip them, which at first didn't think it was a big deal. Then I saw why. Both were half melted. One was the m&m blizzard and it was made with chocolate ice cream. Didn't know that was a thing, but was definitely not what I wanted. Maybe it was so melted it melted the m&ms? Either way definitely not happy with either blizzard.

I’m pretty sure they microwaved my burger to warm it up. Burger bun was rock hard on the sides. fries were hard on the inside but overcooked, stale (prolly under the heat lamp all day ) the sundae was not even half full. Chicken strips were stale and still pink in the middle. Had to throw away about $20 worth of food. Nothing was worth keeping. Never ordering here again

Ordered 2 cheese burgers separately to make sure I got ketchup only. It came with everything. Child would not eat it. I live in the Gorge, like 22 miles one way. Was misled on menu also on 2 double cheese burgers. I called and complained. She was giving phone to manager. I heard them talking n they hung up on me. They have my number, so IF IT WAS ACCIDENTALLY, they woyld of called me back. THEY SUCK
