I had a great experience today when I came in and had vanilla ice cream with caramel and it was amazing. Jess was who helped me and shes just such a kind soul. Truly made my day better and I will for sure come back.

Jess is best! She always remembers my family’s name and order! She knows all the deals and never fails to make sure our order is accurate, delicious, and piping hot! She’s always working her butt off to make sure the place is top notch! I hope they are paying that young lady well she deserves it!

Very nice typical Dairy Queen, service is great and don’t think I’ve gotten my order wrong ever. Pretty alright atmosphere though and food is just Dairy Queen.

Second time we have went to this location and ate within 6 months and have had food poising from poorly undercooked food.

Last night (December 17th) you had 2 people working and it was CRAZY! I think the fact that Burgerville had their power out caused the unexpected craziness. The 2 employees were amazing, calm, kind and got it done! Very impressed with the way they handled things when thrown a curve ball.

Utterly amazing that you ignore the customer waiting in line to help the customer that's already been helped.

I won't be back.

Perhaps family? As while I was leaving I saw you leaning in for a group photo in the back room.

Completely unrelated to the business....the man that cut in front of me without even an excuse me or any kind of pleasantry has worse manners than the teenage (?) girls who were at the counter when I walked in.

While they might have been socializing, they moved out of the way as they recognized a customer standing in line.

You Sir, however, I hope are not the father of the person working there as you're doing wonders to teach them life skills. Ignore your job and take family (?) photos....cause that's what you should definitely be doing at work.

By far the absolute worst food I’ve ever had. Burgers were slapped together with an abundance of ketchup and mayonnaise, it was literally dripping before pulling it out of the packaging. This caused the buns to be disgustingly soggy and falling apart. The chicken strips and fries were cold as well as the dipping gravy. The burger and strips tasted as if they’d been cooked an hour ago and sat under a warmer. The Dr. Pepper had barely any carbonation. This Dairy Queen location has never amounted to the quality of food I’ve had at any other location, it’s sad as this is the only one in the area. I love DQ chicken strips so this is just thoroughly disappointing.

Service is lacking in customer care.
And your drive through is a joke.
Hire some responsible people,or close your doors....

The blizzard was a tiny bit less sweet than I expected. The atmosphere was cramped but cute. The service was great.

Alright but they don’t stay open until posted hours and they close the dining area 2 hours before closing. It’s 8pm and they are supposed to stay open until 10. The whole sitting area is cleaned and blocked off.

dairy queen… tsk tsk tsk. words cant describe the fury in my soul. from the moment i stepped on the premises i felt the hateful aura. our first go around we were denied the ability to order due to the fact that the did not accept our mode of transportation, walking. we are just some young kids who wanted to walk to our local DQ. sue us. anyways, this did not stop us from scratching our itch for a sweet treat. so we marched back up the camas hills filled with rage, and determination. we finally retrieved a mode of transportation that would conform to their rules and regulations, pitiful. so we arrive. but our trials and tribulations do not end here. another stingy rule at this pathetic excuse for an establishment is you can’t do more than 2 orders per car. now, i’m not made of money here, so we elected to go through drive twice to complete everyone’s orders and everyone would pay for themselves. pretty simple right, wrong. as you might be gathering from this story, nothing here makes sense. they denied us from ordering the second time we pulled up to the menu. as if they were allergic to making money, and fun. so we left. heads down and spirits broken. so here i am, writing this review, plotting. dairy queen in down town camas will rue the day. rue. the. day.
