I don’t always have the best experience here. Usually my coffee is good and the service is meh. However, today, Simone made my entire day. I have so many food allergies, she was super patient and kind while taking my order. Stood outside in the cold and rain to take orders for the cars behind me. Total sweetheart. I hope she is appreciated. Most of the baristas here lack customer service skills or just hate being there. I wish every experience at Dev’s was as good as today’s!
I really want to love this Dev’s location but it’s so tiring waiting in line of 2 cars for at least 15-20 min. Even when I’ve done the mobile ordering. I understand that it takes time making the breakfast sandwhiches but they should definitely create a better system with that.. also if you’re going to get their drinks they are VERY SWEET. Our 4yo asked for a muffin today so we got the Blueberry cream cheese. She says it is the worst muffin she has ever had 😂. The package has ingredients I have never heard of, and I read most packaged food labels. Food dyes, 38g sugar, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol… Please find someone else to provide pastries...
