**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Special Experience – Thank You, Gus!**
Tonight at Dutch Bros, I experienced something far more meaningful than getting “just a coffee.” however coffee was made to perfection...I was on my way to the emergency hospital because my dad was showing dangerously high blood pressure and potential stroke symptoms. My heart was heavy, and honestly, I was silently hoping someone would offer to pray with me.
When I pulled up, Gus greeted me with genuine kindness and simply asked how my night was going. I shared what was happening, and without hesitation, Gus offered to pray for my dad and for me. It stopped me in my tracks because i said nothing about wanting prayer. This wasn’t a coincidence. At the exact moment I needed comfort, encouragement, and a reminder of hope, Gus showed up with compassion and faith.
His prayer meant more to me than he probably realizes. In a world where people often rush through their day, Gus took the time to care, to encourage, and to speak truth and hope through Jesus Christ. I left that stand feeling uplifted and supported during one a overwhelming night.
Gus is the kind of person who makes Dutch Bros more than a coffee stop—he makes it a place of genuine human connection. I hope his manager sees the tremendous heart, character, and impact he brings to customers. People like Gus don’t just make great coffee—they make a real difference. He absolutely deserves recognition, appreciation, and, truly, a raise.
Thank you, Gus. You blessed me when I needed it most.

The staff at this location are outstanding at what they do. Incredibly friendly in the drive thru and very fast with the drinks, which always come out perfect. They do great when there's a big line. Major kudos to this location!

This review is for the the people buying the drinks.
There's no cell service to redeem free drinks at this one. Recently since staff switched up its hit and miss on good personality. Also what really gets me upset is that I come here to get my kids a treat and I have the jam the straw in cause the amount of ice is insane. The straw broke this time from the ice. I already had to switch from kids drinks to small from less drink in cups but it's just becoming not worth the money to go unless I know the specific employees are working at this location.

Dutch bro people if you reply to my review....
I don't need you corporate email I see it in all your other reviews, and nothing ever happens when you email them anyway.

The order ahead feature is problematic in its flow. I showed up today to pickup my ahead order for the first time, was made to wait in the rain and exhaust fume while the broista chatted blithely with an in-car customer, even after she got her drink. I was not even acknowledged or told “Just a sec” and had to jump in to interrupt them eventually to get my drink. Why the broista could not just hand me my drink when he saw me waiting is beyond me. This was a very rude, disappointing interaction. Please train your employees on how to professionally interact with order ahead customers mid-stream of car customer flow.

The Dutch bros in camas is really inconsistent with their rules. Manager tried to charge me for a large when I was redeeming a medium drink just because I wanted soft top. Manager should be more focused on customer satisfaction rather than trying to upcharge their customers when they recently raised their prices.
