The order ahead feature is problematic in its flow. I showed up today to pickup my ahead order for the first time, was made to wait in the rain and exhaust fume while the broista chatted blithely with an in-car customer, even after she got her drink. I was not even acknowledged or told “Just a sec” and had to jump in to interrupt them eventually to get my drink. Why the broista could not just hand me my drink when he saw me waiting is beyond me. This was a very rude, disappointing interaction. Please train your employees on how to professionally interact with order ahead customers mid-stream of car customer flow.

The Dutch bros in camas is really inconsistent with their rules. Manager tried to charge me for a large when I was redeeming a medium drink just because I wanted soft top. Manager should be more focused on customer satisfaction rather than trying to upcharge their customers when they recently raised their prices.

The drinks here are especially good than other Dutch Bros. One of my favorite things about this one are the baristas. They are really nice, and will remember you if you go a lot! (>u<) It's also in a really convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

This used to be my favorite Dutch Brothers coffee spot. But on 9/18/2024, I tried to order a cup of regular coffee large size, and the barista said that they didn't have any and suggested an Americano with milk and packets of sugar on the side. My cup of coffee was mostly milk. Never received the sugar packets. Then I told her to take $1 tip and return the change. Well, she went ahead and placed all the change in the tip jar.

I'm a regular at this location. I come in almost everyday. Today one of the girls made my drink wrong, and when I tried to correct her. She told me I was wrong and that I was holding up the line. I get the same drink everything. Not only did she cut my drink short, she cut my level of sweetener that I paid for. I will not return to this location if she is working. Highly dissatisfied.
