Los Potrillos used to be so good, including their service. This evening I went there with my family for a birthday celebration. The food was good & served in a timely manner. I ordered food to go & they claimed that my order was given to someone in my party. Well my family only took their left overs to go, but the workers there kept insisting that my order was already given to one of my family member. That pissed me off, because I know damn well they didn't happened. I ordered the Carne Asada, Large Enchilada, a side of beans & rice. I wanted my refund back, but they gave me an option of having my food prepared (again) or my refund. I took my food to be remade again and waited 10 mins. What pissed me off, the worker said I needed to call all my family member and asked them if they had taken my food. Knowing damn well I was there seeing that they only packed there left overs. If they had taken my order, they would have said something! Its only COMMON SENSE! The workers are sure quick to add that 20% to every paying parties check though without no problem!

You won't want to leave, the staff is so chill and fun...and the cocktail de camarones is the best I've ever had anywhere....

We decided to try this place out for the first time and we’re not impressed. When we walked in it took about 5 minuets for someone to greet us. We were offered a table at the bar but declined and the man helping us became obviously annoyed and said let me see what I have for a table and never came back. Another 5-10 minuets went by and a woman came out to ask if we were waiting on a to go order. When we told her no and that we were waiting on a booth she immediately took us back to our table. There were three other parties in the entire restaurant and multiple open and clean tables. Our server came promptly and got our drinks and food ordered and then never came back. The hostess that seated us had to bring us our check. The food was some of the worst food I’ve ever had. It was bland with no flavor, the chicken was so over cooked it was rubbery, and despite the plate being scalding hot, the food was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, we paid 70 dollars for two people and it was absolute not worth it.

The portion size was amazing. A little on the spendy side but overall an amazing experience!

The best Mexican restaurant around. It's impossible not to become a regular after trying their food and drinks, not to mention how wonderful the staff are. As a local, I 1000% recommend.

I love this place! I come here pretty often and it's always good. Most recently, I was here after a weekend hike. It hit the spot! The cabbage pico is always the best, had cheese enchiladas that were perfect, service was super fast and friendly. Highly recommend

We like this spot. We're not from the area and it reminds us of a place back home.

If I could give -100 stars for the behavior staff and service , I would do it.

Always a great time!

I was in earlier in the week and witnessed a staff member being verbally abusive to a customer. The food was mid at best. There are other close by Mexican restaurants that have better food and non abusive staff. I fear for the BOH staff. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.

Just now finished dinner here. Service was slow, bartender was drinking behind the bar. Refried beans and shredded beef were tasteless. Server never checked back after food delivered. Would not reccomend and never go back. Waste of money.

Nice place. I walked out thinking, that's my kind of bar. I had a drink while waiting for take out.
