Worst Customer service We've had multiple orders incorrect missing items Especially when you order online You call or go back to let them know and they act like you're lying to them and you want free food or something When all I want is the order I paid for the way I ordered it A girl named Jay (she says) Was very Rude would not replace our order said that we call all the time and complain And that we were only looking for free food and That was not the case once again they couldn't get the order correct even when there was not that many customers But they're too busy looking on their phones talking to each other then looking in the bag when they hand it out the window Making sure the order is correct Instead I got rudeness and told that she would not correct anything that I would have to call back when the manager was there and If i didn't like it to stop coming there I should go to one of the other 2 places in our town that's open late-night very rude unprofessional While other workers were in the background Watching and laughing This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been And it sucks cause this is the only thing they have out here in our town that's open late I don't understand why they can't find some Older workers instead of these Young workers that NEVER worked a job in their Life and do not Know how to Talk to people Like human beings Instead they are these young kids still in high school or freshly out of that don't care about anyone but themselves It's sad how unprofessional this location is and I'm not the only person i hear from many people around town that they mess up constantly I Hope that someone high up reads these reviews and does something about this I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone you are Better off driving into town Or as Jay said why don't you go to Jack in the box or Taco Bell instead So immature and unprofessional I give this location a Rating F- 👎

One star is generous.
I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at the McDonald’s in Washougal. The staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes waiting to place an order. No one acknowledged me. I literally had to wave someone down, and even though they made direct eye contact with me, they just turned around and walked off.

To make things worse, I actually heard them in the back arguing over whose turn it was to take my order—like it was some burden. The attitude was unreal. The energy in that place was completely unwelcoming, like you’re bothering them just by being there.

This isn’t just about a slow wait time—this is about a complete lack of basic customer service. If you’re thinking of stopping here, do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Sometimes they mess up the order but other times they make it perfectly. I remember when I did a mobile order and did not have time to pick it up after I placed it, when I got there after I was done with what I was doing, they told me it got cold and replaced the item for free. Great staff members

Got me a Quarter deluxe it was amazin presentation was great came out looking like if it was out the commercials. Whoever made this is amazing I need to speak to them and have them work for me. Ik i took some bites already but believe me it was sexy looking.

Went around 830pm, drive in took longer than expected. While waiting for my food I heard one of the workers cuss and others discussing with each other about the orders. But there were 2 workers that were very kind even though the wait time was long and I didn't get what I wanted. They at least made the experience not so bad.

Got an unmixed flurry got extra Oreo and they definitely did not put extra the food was refried it was so terrible i got the sausage McMuffin and the bun was burnt and the cheese was cold and not melted

They aim to displease! Too busy talking on the headsets to pay attention. Wrong food, wrong total. No refund on the difference. No getting me the right stuff. Here is a free sandwhich card for your NEXT visit, go away so I can get back to my conversation, i dont have time to make this right, body language. What i did get, the food was old and buns had been run twice, stale taste of a bun thats been toasted twice and gets plasticy feeling. Yall should be ashamed. It would have taken 2 minutes to make it right. Hope it's a good conversation you were having....

I had the unfortunate pleasure of needing to use the restroom during a very busy dinner hour. When I walked into the dining room you could totally tell everyone was focused on the drive-thru. I said excuse me quite a few times and asked for someone and they told me to hold on. I started to do the dance. I'm fairly sure it was on camera as I was standing there trying to get to the restroom before well anyways...... Long story short. I was not able to use the restroom at McDonald's during dinner hour. It would have taken 2 seconds for the person behind the counter to give me the code to use the restroom and also the person I walked past going to my car telling them that I just needed to use the restroom as well she also did not give me a code so that I could quickly use it and I would have gladly purchased an item but nobody would pay any attention to what was going on at the guy at the counter who needed to just use the restroom.
