I don't know what in the hell is going on with this McDonald's I go in there and get an egg McMuffin and the English muffin the edges of it are hard as a rock this is unbelievable I complained about the store multiple times and they never fix anything this place is nothing but a dump anymore ..... You know when one thing I can't believe is the community here keeps going to this place they keep screwing up and nobody does nothing about it I think the community members need to protest this McDonald's until something gets resolved we as a community pay money for food we wanted decent not burnt and hard

The culture being bred at this location is extremely poor it seems like they don't care about the service they offer you. It's terrible, and when when you tell them about it, they make it seem like it's your fault. These people don't understand that you are usually the first contact that someone has with another individual during their morning and they are trying to set their day right?These people don't need to be in customer service.If this is the way they are going to treat their customers, especially the only mcdonald's within any sort of distance.. it appears, management does not care about these reviews, as I have now seen that many reviews are very low.. there's a nice burger spot next door.. go there

love the mcnuggets and the $5 combo is excellent, definitely the way to go. aside from that though McDonalds prices have gotten way too high, they don't understand why people go there anymore. stick the value meal for now.
Vegetarian options: I don't think theres many options for my veg friends here unfortunately, maybe you could eat some lettuce?
Dietary restrictions: I don't have any dietary restrictions but you could probably talk the the employees if you do
Parking: plenty of parking, you could probably overflow into the neighboring parking lots if they're too busy
Kid-friendliness: seems great for kids (aside from their health) the youngins always seem to enjoy the happy meals, they come with a free toy too!

Definitely don't ask for anything to be modified. I can't tell if the cooks are insolent brats or complete morons. This is their interpretation of extra mayonnaise and NO pickles.

I'm majorly disappointed and have felt like I've wasted a lot of time and money at this McDonald's, the food is never fresh and very inconsistent. I don't think the service here deserves mention because there isn't any really, besides them taking your order but they will directly ignore you and other people.

This is the worst store. They would get our orders wrong every single time. The crew are rude so we stopped going there for awhile. Tonight we went there again and this woman at the drive thru doesn't know how to work the cash register so she had to ask a co worker for help and the person told us either come in and order from the lobby or go through the drive thru line again. Please train your employees well. If they don't understand English or doesn't know how to work the cash register then just assign them to the kitchen. It's disruptive and hold the drive thru line.
I wouldn't complain if it was a 1 time occurrence.....Every time(the last 5 times to be exact)I order from here, (on app for curbside) horrible service. Its always the same...after receiving notification our order is ready I end up waiting up 15 mins, have to go in and ask for my order which is sitting on the counter. Employees are joking around, blaring offensive music, dancing around , ignoring any customers that are always waiting at the counter....where are the managers/owners? Never experience anything like this at at any other McDonald's

Why go to McDonald's anymore? It's overpriced poison and the people who work there hate their job and it shows. For the same price, the food carts 1/4 mike down the street gives better portions of better quality food. It's kind of a no-brainer. The one thing that kept people eating this garbage, was price and convenience. Now that those two things are non existent, there isn't much need for their crap anymore.

Received the incorrect order in the bag at the drive thru - discovered once at home - AFTER having had a discussion with the staff at the window AND having shown them my receipt/order number. Clearly... a training issue. Must have had an impact down the line in the drive thru. Just want what I ordered and paid for.
